i've always appreciated drs who embrace the "less is more" approach to facial aesthetics & cosmetic enhancement. it takes a particular kind of skill to see that the devil is in the details.
Every provider who does aesthetics should be this precise. I gave up on tear trough / under eye filler after having it done and dissolved like 3 times. Over fill, wrong placement giving me the bags look. I don’t get it. Really I try to tell them it’s my cheeks because I used to have a great NP. But she left to have twins . 😢
Dan, This video is one of my favorites and so informative. The patient”s results make her appear about seven years younger without surgery. Did you thin the product with a bit of saline? Great work.
You are sooo incredibly AWESOME Dr. Dan!! 😍💕💯 I absolutely love your videos but I have to say my favorite part is when you say and please be nice to absolutely everyone!! ❤️💯 Awww seriously could you get any sweeter??? You are such an amazing and special person! 💖 Thank you from the bottom of my heart for blessing all of our lives! ❤️🙏🏼🤗💕🥰💯💯
I had Allergan's Vollure injected in the tear trough resulting in hitting a vein and over time destroying the collagen depressing the skin. The Doctor used the candula.
Personally I think the cheeks are best filled with a cannula, but through an entry about one and 1/2 inch out and one inch up from the corner of the mouth. Ive seen many doctors fill this way, And I also feel that injections placed deep on the chin can migrate downwards. I prefer superficial, right below the skin, as you would do lips, where you can make out the outline of needle.
Great video! U saved me from a disaster. I did the press test and I’m not a good candidate for filler under eyes. When u go in the Nike swish is that considered cheek or under due filler? Great video
Hey, Dan! Thanks for that! One question: didn´t you say in your video about "Safer techniques for cheeks and jawline" that we should better use a needle than a canula?
Incredible! Ty! What filler do you use for the under eye trough? Do you add saline to it? How much is used per eye? Would love to join your premium because you explain everything so thoroughly and very detailed. Please answer my other questions about the filler. Thank you so much💯😊👏
I need more midface projection, i definitely lost some meat over the past few years and it all just looks so...flat And makes my under eyes look bad. Ive had tear trough filler but i dont think the depth of the tear trough was the issue. Im afraid of the injector effing it up if i ask for this
About nasolabial fold filler, Many trainers say injecting perpendicularly on the bone with bolus dose at NL1 (MD code) helps improve nasolabial fold in people with shrinkage of premaxillary bone space But some say this is dangerous so they recommend cannula instead Who should I trust now? The facial artery here runs superficially so is it safe to use this bolus technique??
Watching that needle makes me feel queezy. Does it hurt? Is her face numb? Is it dangerous? Is it costly? Otherwise this is a very detailed explanation with all the technical med term and so on.
Unfortunately 2 years ago I went to a doctor who had no clue what she was doing but I didn’t know because it was my first time getting filler! No lie, she put a syringe worth into each eye. It felt like the stuff was oozing out I swear! Now unfortunately I’m left with what i can only describe as an extension of the eye bag line all the way into my cheeks. It’s not malar lines because it’s not swollen/festoons. It looks like I need filler in my cheeks now, or a mid face lift. I dont know what else to do…
I've tried tear trough filler 3 times. 3 different spas - every time, in about 2 weeks time the filler just migrated down my cheeks and I was left with even worse hollow. Yes even with cannula. So I don't do this anymore. Would like to try possibly this method when only upper cheek pad is injected and a tiny drop into the corner.
I need fillers under my eyes after a tremendous fat loss. After doing treatments with heat and microneedling. Just very afraid of fillers after getting some in my nasolabial (it migrated). That was before my fat loss. Still after years I have the bump. Wish I could find someone as knowledgeable as you. Can someone recommend a doctor in Texas? I live in Houston, Texas.
Hi! Can I get my medial cheek filled to soften undereye hollowness without injecting at the tear trough (I know the results won’t be the same, but I’m too afraid of tear trough filler)
@@wendyfan8071 It does help! Thank you! Can I ask how long ago you had it done? And by any chance, do you remember how much of a syringe per cheek was used?
He's wicked . He nos his stuff and I love the way he shows u everything. Oh and at the end says EXCISE daily. I need to actually thank u for the reminder. He right tho. Thank you sir. 😊

hello thanks for this awesome video for us . whats the name of the device that you measure ? thanks
Loved this tutorial. Are there any derms or surgeons you recommend for this technique in NYC?

hi....which filler do u use for the tear troughs? thank you!
Super interesting and great outcome for the client 💯

Great as usual thank you so much for that effort
I have Memphis hollowing, and now I’m scared to get fillers… I wish I was in Canada and go do you
Does the filler under eye migrates? How long it stays in the right place and what to do after?

If you were to inject mid cheeks alone, would you use needle of cannula?
What is that tool you have to measure angles?
Hello, do you recommend someone in Australia, it seems rare to find someone that seems to really know what to do. thank you !
Awesome tutorial, the best so far on TH-cam 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙂
Hi Dan, How to gauge depth ? That we are beneath the muscle?
I need more midface projection, i definitely lost some meat over the past few years and it all just looks so...flat And makes my under eyes look bad. Ive had tear trough filler but i dont think the depth of the tear trough was the issue. Im afraid of the injector effing it up if i ask for this
How many ml do you inject per thread? What about fingers?
Injector I spoke with uses needle for nasolabial folds filler - I wonder if I find someone how uses canulla? Are needles unsafe?
If you place your finger on the cheek and it doesn't improve the tear trough, then what do you do? Is there another option?
He’ll probably say lower blepharoplasty
Incredible video - one of your best!!!! THank you
What filler do you recommend for the natural voluminous lips ?
Super vidéo , watching from France 👍🏾
Have you used the Vlow medical 3dose ?

Excellent content as always Dr Dan. Have you used Meshfill cogs & fixxer in one placement? Hi from UK 🇬🇧 & Ireland 🇮🇪 😀
I loveeeee your tutorials, thank you soo much.

Wonderful but very swift !
Do you do renuva in deep fat pads?
Watching that needle makes me feel queezy. Does it hurt? Is her face numb? Is it dangerous? Is it costly? Otherwise this is a very detailed explanation with all the technical med term and so on.
Ilu . you explain things so easy in a way that can be understood🙏
Wow so well explained 👌👌

They’re able to dissolve what’s still there that may be causing the issue
Hi Dan. Great tutorial. Do you pre-hydrate your HA filler before tear troughs? Which HA is your filler of choice?
Hi, what filler did you use please?
You really make me wanna travel to Canada from ny just to get done by you!!!!! 😁😍
He's married. :D
@@joanofarcxxi I meant filler lol
You are such a sweet soul ☺️ Always sharing and offering help❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank you😘
Anyone in Florida you recommend?
Hello Dan. How much filler was used altogether? Your client looks great 😁
Do cheek fillers make it difficult for you to smile?
What about accordion lines (the lines next to the nasolabial folds) should they be injected deep?
I prefer doing these very superficially

I fight (boxing and Muay Thai)
Is it it okay to still have sanctioned fights with filler like this?
I wouldn’t recommend tear trough fillers. But you could get mid cheek filler, if it’s placed deep enough. Great question!
Thank you for this!

good!
Really helpful, thanks ;).
I wish more nurses and NPs knew what they were doing. So many spas hire barely trained nurses and they just mess people up.
Thank you!!!
Nice
The lady in the thumbnail has the exact result I would like, in the after the little malar ridge has disappeared also 😃
