  • The origin of this video came when a viewer asked me "Should I date a single mother"? Well... Dating a single mother with children from a past relationship is hard, I've done it, and it comes with challenges.
In this video I reveal my personal experience dating a single mother with two kids from a past relationship, and what you can expect.
I can see now why men are avoiding single moms and going MGTOW
There are many dangers you need to be aware of when dating a single mom, what you should expect from her kids, and how you will be treated when the relationship is stressed over her kids.
Her kids will always come first, even when their behaviour is bad, you wont be respected or valued as you should, and you might just get called an "idiot" by her kids.
Watch the video and learn all the reasons why dating a single mum can be a challenge.
Share you experiences with dating singles mothers in the comments below.

Do you want to become lonely like Rich then keep listening to him. He is a lonely 50 yo man that is pathetic. He is not going to get a 25 yo woman without kids trust me. The most she can do is use his old as$ and leave. He will be alone forever. What if he gets a 40 yo woman without kids you think- well she must be mentally struggling because every woman by this age if she never had kids she must have lost her mind because of that. Anyways keep listening to Rich there is already a backlash from his fan base that many dudes haven’t touched a woman in years - Rich Cooper looks like the typical fake guru- what I can guarantee for you is listening to him is that you will be lonely

dated a single mom for like 8 months, ugly break up, the same day we broke up she mentions how she's scared that she left me alone with her son at times....that's the moment i realized how easy it would have been for her to invent some child molestation lawsuit against me...never again with a single mom, not even for a pump and dump....stay smart my dudes.

Very common scenario. Unless they were married and divorced or widowed most single moms are immature headcases that will either do this sort of thing out of spite to punish you or they are legitimately paranoid delusional who think you really are a molester based on absolutely nothing, same type that will falsely accuse men of rape based on nothing at all when it didn't happen but somehow convince themselves it did.

Had a gf with a 6 year old. She used to sneak me around and never made it known to the child we were dating. That ended in 4 months.
Years later we tried to make it work but this time I asked if I could be more involved in his life. She thought that was a great idea. Weeks later she told me I was doing to much and that he doesn’t need 2 dads. That relationship ended again in 3 months. Damn I was a dumbass.

I once dated a women who had two boys. She was cruel to her ex husband. Would not let him see his children, even though he paid child support and lived locally. He became a heavy drinker and his health deteriorated. I told her that the children were equally his and she should be fair to him. She looked at me like I was speaking Chinese. That was the last time we spoke.

She put herself above her children like the controlling biatch she is. Just because the mum and dad don’t get along, doesn’t mean the kids can’t. You dodged a bullet.

Dated a single mother for 2.5 years with two kids, one 13 boy and a 21 year old girl. Never tried it with her daughter - actually I got along with her. The boy was at times a thorn. The father gave nothing so I spent my resources on them. 9 months later she put me on the street, partly because in her mind I wasn’t going to help her get citizenship. Now some other lame is smashing her on the mattress I bought and lifting the weights I bought.

I wish I knew this stuff years ago. I married a single mom who had a 7 year old daughter. I scolded the daughter once because I saw her wind up and kick my puppy in the guts while wearing boots. The wife threatened to go to the police with a child abuse claim.
After the divorce was filed, and the wife was out of the house, I discovered there was a lot more going on. While watching a video on my ipad of the wife screaming at me (I had the foresight to record things) the dog would start wimpering, cowering, and crying. I tested this by watching the same video a day later, and the dog once again cowered and cried. I'm guessing she abused the dog (pup) when I was at work, and that's where her daughter learned the behavior from.

If you are, you are probably being helped by your mom and dad so you shouldn’t be giving opinions in such subject. Some woman didn’t choose to be a single mom. I clearly saw how hard it was for my amazing mom. Work + kids. Alone. No one to leave us with. She never dated no one after my father to protect us. We were her priority. Man nowadays love cold hearted abortion type of woman. Please, if making your kids a priority is bad, you have no business being with a hardworking single mom that has no time for games, immaturity and weakness. They are too strong for most man. I am happily married by the way with 2 kids. It’s hard while married imagine alone!

Dated a single mom for 7 months after coming out of an 8 year relationship. We had top tier chemistry but she was very aggressive in pushing to advance the relationship and when I tried to slow it down she would emphasize how she “doesn’t have a lot of time and isn’t here to mess around.” She has a victim mindset and brought a lot of drama and tried to pit my friends against me. I broke up with her.
Reached out 4 months later to rekindle and we attempted to give it a shot but she held a grudge against me from the first go around. Kept telling me this most recent time how I needed to earn her back, constantly gave me mixed signals, was selfish, solipsistic, and backed out 3 weeks into the rekindling process. Overall, she was drama ridden, victim mindset, and put down the vast majority of men she dated. The only ones she didn’t put down were blue pilled betas who she used them for their resources and left.
I doubt she will ever find her Hallmark ending. Avoid single moms like the plague, boys.

The vídeo is really HONEST and FAIR, and covers many real aspects of dating a single mom. It took me 4-5 years to see those truths. The actful kid... this hit me particularly hard as the boy was 9-10 yoa and very verbally abusing towards me. I went through so much that now that the kid is almost 14-15y, it just drives me nuts to know that the next men in her line will not experience 1/10 of what I went through. I don't regret dating, but it is so true when Richard mentions the pain of separation from the kids when the relationship comes to an end. Not sure if I want to numb myself in order to protect me emotionally and be able to date another one. It is tough.

He was born in 1914 dropping knowledge like that, I decided to go my own way and I didn't take the advice. I'm now 45 years old and my granddaddy has gone on and now I'm going through it with my soon to be ex wife, who told me after 10 years of raising her two kids who now are 16 and 24 that her kids come before me and not only did she just say it she showed me. I should have took my granddaddy advice. This vid is so on point, no matter how much of yourself you give you will always by the end never get your crown 👑..

I dated (I wanted to marry this girl. loved her to death) a mom with two kids. I made a decision, in my heart and mind to do this. I knew deep down, it was probably going to be a bad idea, but I went through with it anyway... because love... I set my heart on this girl, and her kids... It wasn't long before the well being of her kids became the most important thing in the world to me. and honestly, I still look back at that time like the best time in my life... but, like you said... shit just didn't work out, and in an instant, I was no longer a part of their lives... these children I loved with all my heart, where no longer a part of my life, and there wasn't anything I could do about it... that shit broke me down so bad, it took me literally years before I would even let somebody close again. I don't exactly blame her for my heart ache, but I do look at every woman I meet a bit different now...

I spent thousands of dollars traveling to see her and even more on gifts and dinners etc., for both of them. Upon returning home one day from visiting, she just didn’t answer my calls anymore. When I finally talked to her, she only said she “needed to move on”... I thought about all the money I spent during those 4 years. I was mad for about an hour but then thought to myself, I really didn’t wanna be anyone else’s daddy!!! So, I was actually kinda glad she ended it! And like I use to tell her during our arguments, I’ve never had any trouble finding a woman...

I just broke with my gf. she has a 12yo daughter bossing her around. two days ago I was leaving for a beer or two after spending the whole weekend with them. when her daughter asked where I am going I said I am going for a beer. so the kid started yelling "alcoholic". quite disrespectful since I have my shit together quite well but like my damn beer. mom just laughed and thought what a fun. at the door mom told me "see even the kid says so". that was it for me. I know that little spoiled one is just too stupid to understand but I expected her mom to stand up. nope, not all. when I told her what pissed me off she acted like I was attacking her child; however, what pissed me off was her not doing shit about it and using it for her own agenda. fuck that. always fkn high drama, daily mood swings and at the end of the day I was the bad one. just don't date single moms.

So I can definitely share my story, I dated my now ex for over 6 years and I am now 46 days single. Her daughter is only 7 years old with no father figure but her dad. I wanted only the best for her, helped her get into one of the best universities in NJ(shes not going anymore), got her a brand new expensive car, put her under my health insurance, had her living with me while her daughter is being taken cared of by her mom, put her under my cellphone plan, literally anything! We were on and off and in the off she decided to date and right away sleep with another dude (hence the 46 days) long story short is exactly how you stated brother, it's sucks because I've developed such a great relationship with her daughter and her family but it's done due to her wanting to move on.
As a man all I am doing is focusing my energy not on what is she doing, who is this guy, we had great memories, i may have feelings for her etc. Thats all a fantasy thats not real anymore. Sometimes your biggest struggle can be your best blessing you just needed to see not what you lost but what you are doing RIGHT NOW to better yourself, the past is the past it's today you have to worry about. Since we broke up, i just got myself a lexus, was promoted for a higher role (senior account manager) with significantly higher pay in my company, just closed on my first condo (i am 30 years old and i feel old haha), have more money in my pocket, I run every morning and training heavy each and everyday at the gym, life so far has been nothing but a blessing from the man above, does it suck being lonely yes but at the end of the day thats all it is a thought, an illusion, a fantasy that is made up in my head and how do i stop it, MEDITATING!
I hope we all can heal if you are going through something like this!

When I turned 30, I got into a relationship with a divorced lady a bit older than me with several kids aged 5 - 13. The parents had never disciplined them and they ran the house. So I became the only source of boundaries or discipline they had ever known. The woman loved me but wanted to own me like they do, while the kids hated me. Let's just say that those were some challenging times! I finally escaped after 11 years... Got re-married to a childhood sweetheart and had a child, after 8 years the new one went batshit crazy and left. I finally learned to stand on my own feet and invest in myself. I think any future relationships will be just a bit more 'casual'...

I married a mother of 2 boys, both from different fathers. Yea, it was a mess and I wouldn't advise anyone to try it. She wouldn't let me discipline the boys or give them chores (we lived on a ranch) and made sure I knew they were her boys and she was in charge of them. I had been previously married and had 2 sons that were younger then her boys and she ended up running my boys off and they didn't want to come see me anymore. We went through a messy divorce that cost me close to $400,000. Definitely avoid single moms.

The JSB - What planet do YOU live on? To ask him if he'd want his daughter to date a single father is like saying he'd want his single with kids daughter to remain without companionship for the rest of her life.
When women end up single with kids they EXPECT men with OR without kids of his own to accept them and want to be with them. I guess it's the old idea of "men won't turn down pussy".
However, women (hypocrites that they always are) who DO NOT have kids most often times REFUSE to date a man who already had kids with someone else. EVEN THOUGH the man 99.9% of the time does NOT have full custody and has PLENTY of free time to offer the new relationship.
So....if you want to talk about pots calling kettles black, go talk to all the single mothers who want new BF's but when they didn't have kids yet, they turned down GOOD men based on HIM having already had children.
Karma is a bitch. No...karma is actually a douche bag. ;)

Man, is like I'm living right now the exact same thing you talked about. I have been thinking about getting out for the last few weeks, I literally can't take it anymore. I have been in this relationship for about 6 years now, both her kids were 9 and 11 when we got together, they are now 15 and 17, I have raised this kids for the most part and have been with them longer than his real father, but no matter what I have done and provided it was never good enough, on top of that the youngest goes to his biological father's house for 2 weeks out of a year and comes back insufferable, with all kinds of new ideas and believes, I mean we had an argument where he said his parents (mother and father) not me, support him financially for all his expenses, that man has never given a penny towards anything!!!.he was never even put on child support by the kid's mother. He abandoned his family when they were 1 and 3 years old, signed a paper that said he gives up all rights to the kids in exchange for not paying child support and yet this boy thinks this guy is the best father in the world. I have had to deal with all kinds of shit and I am just tired. I mean he wanted nothing to do with them until only 4 or 5 years ago! is a ridiculous situation and I'm convinced after watching this video that I had it.

Army asked if I wanted to extend 1 more year in Germany? I said no, knowing it would hasten our break up. It did. 1998, I was back in USA 🇺🇸, and got a Christmas 🎄 card from her w new last name Tucker and military address. She married another soldier. 2004, I bumped into her in Germany 🇩🇪 again !! She had another kid w the American. I was an officer now. We had a 1 hour conversation. Caught up. They moved to Georgia. 2019, I went back to Germany. I FB peeked her. Divorced. I am happy w my wife and 2 kids in California. I was lucky 🍀. It’s painful. Like cutting off your infected leg. But, you will be better off. Trust me. I wish I could talk to her 2nd ex husband and ask if he felt it was worth it. He got 2 kids out of her, so maybe? But, now I know she is bound to him and Georgia for YEARS due to custody. Oh well. Life.

Dated a separated women with a couple of kids, got to know them, made a big effort, bought them gifts helped with birthdays and halloween costumes. I put up with only seeing her when she was free and didn't make any demands from her. After a year, her divorce became final and she ended the relationship so she could be free. A couple of weeks before I was decorating the Christmas tree with her and the kids. Now I don't see or hear about them or her. You don't matter in this scenario, you're like a treat, a luxury, you're not a necessity.
The last I heard from her was that she was dating men from Bumble because she gets 'lonely'.
It's honestly a lot of investment from you, for very little return and a slim chance of a future. The heartbreak was much worse because you fool yourself into thinking that they're family. They're not. They care about each other, but not you.

I worked a lot and she worked a lot, add 2 kids on top of that... sad to say it lasted 4 months because, in her words- We were to busy to make things work and she was afraid she would never be invested as I was, which I'm betting another toy came along. This video put what I experienced in absolute perspective. Not putting her down because I did love for her from the time we did have but, in the end it will never work, you will never be a priority!

This video really helped me not to be so hard on myself. I am just finalizing a divorce with a woman that has 4 kids and the oldest (now 21) is handicapped and very co-dependent and never liked me in the 6 years that I have known them. I beat myself up trying to be a good role model and fill in for an absent father that left them for 2 years. Anyway, thank you for the knowledge, I will never repeat this mistake along with their mother that had huge daddy issues and grew up in the foster care system. I was dumb in not trusting my gut.

I am a widow and have a 15 year old son. My husband died 9 years ago. It's been a struggle ever since his father died. Now he has become a disrespectful holy terror. He's bigger than me and he won't listen to me. I would honestly love to have a big strong good man to whip him into shape!! He would never be acting like this if his father was here. Being a single mother is beyond hard. And to those women that still have their kids father alive and well, either try to work on the marriage for your children, or be fantastic co-parents! Either way, kids don't take mothers seriously, and they desperately need boundaries and discipline! Good men are priceless! I would treasure, at this point having a significant other who would maybe teach him how to grow into a good man and respectful human being. Ladies, don't throw the fathers of your kids away. It's about the kids, not you. So if you still have the opportunity to reconcile, for the love of God, take it.

Brielle Lombard I would love to talk with you if you’re serious. I am that male, you’re speaking of, so first things first. I am the father of an 11-year-old daughter, who is ruling her mother with an iron fist, it just seems to me, there is little hope her mother is going to be able to control our daughter‘s behavior. It’s interesting how at the site of me my daughter falls in line quickly and happily. She told her mother she doesn’t have any guidelines, and allow her to do anything she wants, my daughter even told me, she feel it’s wrong for her mother to give her the freedom she’s giving her, but I don’t. My daughter told me for this she feels like I love her more, can you believe that. I told her mother what my daughter said. The mother thinks our daughter doesn’t understand this, what a foolish thing to think, she’s 11 years old. It’s gotten completely out of control, in fact my daughter doesn’t allow her mother to tell me anything when daughter is misbehaving because she knows I am not going to tolerate it. So now she threatens her mother, she’s hits her mother, kicks her mother even spit on her mother......yes yes yes she’s done it all to her mother to the point her mother is completely afraid of her. I am so freakin angry, but not at my daughter, I am angry at the mother because I warned her many years ago these things were going to happen if she does not apply some discipline in my daughter’s life and or behavior, I saw the signs.

This is so true. I wish my dad had stayed away from my mom. My 3 younger siblings and I were born after my dad married my mom and adopted her daughter. What a terrible life we had because of the rift caused by my older half-sister between my parents.
Run if you're a single man without children. You will not be honored or valued by single women with children, and your actual children will be treated like second-class citizens just to make sure that other child doesn't feel jealous of the biological children.

2024. I am 51. In 1996 I was 23 stationed in Germany 🇩🇪 & wanted to marry a 23 year old beautiful Brazilian 🇧🇷 woman with 2 kids. Thankfully, she dumped me. I moved on but 1999 she married another Army guy.
2004 the Army sent me back to Germany 🇩🇪 for 3 weeks & coincidentally, I SAW HER!!! We had lunch! She had 2 more kids so 4 total.
I got married in 2011 & have 2 lovely girls.
2019 I got sent back to Germany 🇩🇪 for 9 months. I did NOT look her up.
2020 back on base during 4 weeks of boring Covid quarantine I found her FB … DIVORCED in 2018 & re-married and OLDER GERMAN GUY!! I dodged a BULLET / TRAIN 🚂 WRECK!! She has left a trail of destruction behind her!!
Guys- PROTECT. YOUR. HEART. RAISE. YOUR. STANDARDS!!!

This guy is speaking the truth. You, as a man, will never be a priority with a woman with kids. Simple fact. My last four ex's had kids and i became an after thought....and a excuse for me to pay for everything. If you like doing what you like and having even just a little bit of money, it won't be yours! Listen and heed the warning!!

I’ve had 2 very bad relationships with single Mothers. In both cases I was shocked at how unruly and disrespectful the kids were.

Mom's don't know how to punish children. The kids just laugh and mock them. Haha

Dating a single mother is like putting gas in a car, that another man already wrecked.
