  • The MusiCozy Sleep Mask Headphones- amzn.to/3BZgBwG provide great Bluetooth sound and a nice dark environment for sleeping. But I am a side-sleeper and other than using small wired earbuds I have never found a comfortable solution for listening to stories as I go to sleep. Will the speaker cushions in the MusiCozy be what I have been dreaming of?

I just bought one of these and your review is the best one I've seen on TH-cam.
    Very helpful.

I have tried that kind of solution, too. And I loved listening to Art Bell in the middle of the night! George Noory was pretty good, too. And then Art Bell came back for a while broadcasting from the Philippines. Hadn't thought of Coast to Coast AM in the longest time.

Have you tried a neckband style set of sleep earbuds? They seem the best for side sleepers, as the part that goes in your ears is very, very small. That's what I bought. There's also the Soundcore A20s, which are also very small, but quite expensive too.

I can't sleep without listening to something on my phone. It's a bad habit, but I've been doing it for at least a decade. I use ear buds, that way I can put one bud in one ear since I'm a side sleeper.

I've got the same thing but with different branding. My only gripe is volume change is single press and skip forward/back is a long press. Should probably be reversed to get through those podcast ad breaks. Otherwise it's pretty great!

Hey Paris can u tell us about getting copies of the old radio shows? Not a fan of live streaming WiFi - so any dvd? Or cd’s. I limit wireless WiFi in my house...thx bud 🤗

You can get CDs of old time radio shows on Amazon- but they are expensive for just an hour or two of programs. A better choice might be to download the shows in advance on your phone from one of the apps. You can do that at anytime and then you can play them back without WIFI- just from your phone to your earbuds. Before I realized the shows were being downloaded onto my phone I accumulated over a gigabyte of downloaded programs! If you really don't want to download them I see on Amazon a seller who will put 2500 old radio detective shows on a flash drive and send it to you for $33- amzn.to/3PVINq0 That ought to last a while!

Parris, I just have my phone next to my bed playing music without headphones, etc. For myself, this works best.

That would be ideal- but if there is someone else who doesn't share your musical tastes you need to go the earbuds route.

I was very disappointed with mine. "It [battery charge] should last 10 to 12 hours." No, it actually lasts 7 - 8 hours - some reviewers on Amazon have claimed that this actually diminishes with time. It's not particularly loud either, and treble response is virtually non-existent, thus wiping cymbals and hi-hats from the experience.. Manufacturer also claims that components can be removed for washing. This is also false.

All rechargeable batteries diminish with time. The previous Musicozy version has removable components to allow washing but the removal breaks the wires eventually.

@@Patspwnage Indeed so. Musicozy is still claiming that components can be removed, which is blatantly false, and therefore a case of misleading advertising. As it is, I can find no alternatives at a similar price, so shall continue to use them for my language learning, for which it has managed to prove effective.
