I am a side sleeper and was so delighted to find the Manta Slim Mask! It truly blocks out all light, is comfortable to wear, and did not shift throughout my sleep. Thanks for the great video!
Got the Alaskan bear one with cups, needed the space for my eyes and side sleeping is a must. Even at the loss of some nose light. It does the job I need it to do for my room. Got monitors in my room on all the time. Hard to sleep with those
@@theothershift no I use my computer as an alarm and it only works when on screen saver. Which even if black still gives enough like to mess up my sleeping patterns. Also have 4 monitors. Do you random videos as noise to help. Combination of things
Loved the energy. Great video. Quick question, if you take the cups out of the manta mask does it help for side sleeping? does light come through? is it any good?
Thanks for commenting Petr.. The mask would be nowhere near as effective without the cups. As long as you're not someone who flip / flops all day / night, then it should still be fine.
I just watched this video more than one time lol I too have seen Manta on social media and i must say i always always suspect when something has such a big marketing . This is the only review that seams to be unpaid and "honest" .. i am a side sleeper and i need total blackout during the night , i've been using a silk mask and is very confortable but it isnt dark enough. I am waiting for the manta pro to arrive, it is expensive ! BUT if its as good as the "normal" with the ability to let me be on my side it will be worth it. I can give feedback if you want, and congratulations for such a lovely video ! My husband would not be a good tester as he sleeps all night with light without any issues .. good to see 2 independent reviewers :)

Did you wake through your sleep with your manta mask? Or do you mean when you woke up it wasn't on your head? I'm just trying to understand why it's your recommendation but it scored so low on going the distance. Surely this is the most important factor? Sorry for my confusion. Since we recorded this video, they have released another mask which I'd actually get over the one we reviewed. It has anti-slip technology and some other better features. Good question. The audible mask can be washed, though you need to remove the speakers and battery pack. Comes with instructions to do this

Michael, the Manta mask overall came out on top, but Dan 100% agreed with you. He needed to spend a little more time on his back when wearing it.
