Great video. Elima Lani Condos in Waikoloa Village just got a 600% insurance increase and $2k+ assessment per unit. Seeing lots of condos popping up and sitting longer in Waikoloa Village too, particularly Fairway Terrace.

The water goes through the permeable asphalt and concrete over time. In Hawaiian rainstorm not much would go through.
