      Gotta remember this was his second ever fight at HW, has has not fought in a year and Chisora is no mug. Chisora is top 20 in the world and would give AJ a difficult night on his day.
      Can’t underestimate this man. He is pure class. He is no smaller than Ruiz, Parker, Povetkin, Ortiz etc. In fact he’s bigger than half of those. He has ok power but fights like a boxer not a slugger. Trying for the knockout will leave him open too much and he is aware of that.
      I don’t think he makes undisputed champ but I think he will at some point be a HW world champ.

    At the end of the day, this is called Prize Fighting! Usyk is in a VERY good position to get the "prize" fight by being smart. His management team needs to interject themselves into the AJ-Tyson deal, and make him the mandatory next fight after the first clash between those two. He gets a robust step-aside amount and get a solid fight in the meantime against another credible heavyweight to keep sharp. That way, you get the first shot at undisputed and also get a nice chunk of change to boot.

    Usyk was exposed last night, a 36 veteran British level fighter nowadays went 12 rounds with him. AJ and Fury would walk through him and anyone who disagrees does not know anything regards boxing or fighting. Exposed big time. He ran knew what he was doing booking this fight. Hard sell Usyk now at HW against any top 5 figure. Dillon Whyte would take this guy out.

    • @henrymaldonado741
      @henrymaldonado741 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      He wasn't exposed. Chisora was there to fight and had way better stamina than his other fights. With Aj and all his muscle he will tire faster and usyk if you seen him fight before knows how to counter jabs very well. So he can Give AJ a run for his money.

    • @babie6097
      @babie6097 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      how did he get exposed again? Chisora is a good dangerous fighter even now Usyk took some big shots early on lost some of the rounds at the start but still comfortably won most of the other rounds Usyk won way more comfortably than when whyte faced chisora

    • @JayNot2Tuff
      @JayNot2Tuff 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I totally agree with Chris, watching this fight was informational and sort of a waste. He couldn't put away an older, slower, tired Chisora. He ran most of the fight; you have to be a delusional fan who either hates AJ or a Usyk fan boy to say he beats AJ. Usyk is NOT ready for top heavyweights, and it showed.
      I dont see this guy getting past Dillian Whyte, Joseph Parker, or Povetkin. Usyk is to "small" and he lacks power to compete with top heavyweights. Whatever juice Usyk is drinking he needs to stop, he's going to get seriously hurt by a top heavyweight. I mean Usyk is nothing but hype, he went 12 freaking rounds with a fighter who's probably going to retire due to age.
      Get real, I wont indulge trolls saying he beats AJ or any other top heavyweight. Dude is a waste of time....

    • @louistracy6964
      @louistracy6964 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      chris, it's too soon to be sure. He's only just faced one good, genuine 18-stoner, and rated his own performance a 3. He's going to learn from that.
      AJ has been exposed as vulnerable mentally and to a smaller, more mobile boxer. Sasha Usyk is better that Ruiz. I know Fury would probably stop him, but you never know with Fury. I like all three of these guys, and look forward to great contests.

      @@thestrangerzaus agreed, also Eddie has said there will be two fights between them. So that means Usyk wouldn’t face the winner until when? March/April of 2022?? No chance he takes step aside $

      @@thestrangerzaus This is prize fighting not Disney land, Usyk will take the step aside money, he's in a great position to drive a hard bargain and get paid handsomely for doing nothing, then he should get his shot at the winner.
      Usyk has already proved himself as a top boxer in "his proper weight division" moving up to HW is nothing more than a cash grab, glory comes a distant second.

      No way he steps aside. This guy wants to be undisputed champ, and money isn’t gonna change that.

    He's a great boxer. And a seemingly nice chap. But I can't see him beating the heavyweight big boys. And, for the good of the sport, he should let the undisputed fight happen.

    I don’t see Usyk beating AJ but I’d like to see that fight if Whyte beats Povetkin and then is mandatory then have Fury-Whyte and Joshua Usyk around May/June and then have winners fight in Nov/Dec

    Usyk’s shown levels in the heavyweight division now. Interesting to see how a fight with the big boys plays out
