What I love on smaller boats is the ingenuity the boat makers have of thinking up ingenious ways to make the most of the space that you don't see on the larger yachts. But that lounge downstairs is also useful even in hot countries when the midday sun becomes too much. You can sneak downstairs for a little siesta.
Its so Well done !!. The low level rear lounge is a tough of design genius. It makes the whole interior feel a little like a mini loft apartment . Very appealing package
Love the multiuse of stowaway space vs practicality of that space. The removable carbon handrail, leaving a stepway to either side of the yacht is a brilliant idea.
Very impressive. The first yacht that looks like inboards, but is actually outboards. Cost efficient and great in shallow waters. The style and interior layout is out of this world. Fantastic design and clever use of space.Loved the use of internal sitting area, which can easily become a second bedroom. Just fantastic. The price will send shockwaves throughout the industry considering what it is. Perfect for where I boat being Bahrain. Only negative for me (acceptable for what you get) haul design, don’t get that one. Summery: my perfect boat. Thanks so much for showing us .
Not gonna lie...I think I'm in love. LOL REALLY like the decor, sort of a "high-end casual" look to it, and that saloon below, where the table can turn into a bed, is genius. I absolutely love it! Thanks for a great tour of a great boat.
Agreed, I was watching this and thinking, for what you get, and the fit and finish of this boat, it had better be quite a bit cheaper than the Pardo 50. And... it is. so well done them.
De Antonio is the only yacht company that has this type of saloon/lounge layout, it allows more of the boat to be used as much as any other area, that's what really makes a boat feel bigger than it is
I can tell that one took you back a bit there Hugo... almost speechless at times 😅 but I totally see why... It has a fresh modern and trendy vibe with some great innovation, lots of power and at a very attractive price! I expect to see more of Di Antonio in future, these are going to be very popular I'm sure 👌 looking forward to seeing a test drive maybe ☺
I absolutely love the aft cabin design. I really like the covered outboards, though it looks like it may be a bit of a challenge to do regular checks on them, oil and such. I assume it will open wider at need for removal/repair work. Really love this boat.
I don’t like big open day boats, nor do I like multi outboard power….. it always looks pointless and brash. However…….. what a lovely boat that is and with an impossible amount of interior space……. obviously largely due to the outboard set up. I still can’t afford or justify this type of boat, but I do like it……. a lot 🥳 Thank you Hugo…. 🙂
The price is the selling point. Perhaps the tub too. But the dayboat category has some seriously gorgeous boats in it and this is not among them. It's not terrible, it's not bad, but it's not the work of art that some dayboats are. But they can get very expensive...
Some really intelligent and practical use of space throughout. I love the midships lounge and would go as far as saying that if you were to say do a day trip somewhere then decide to overnight that you'd easily be able to put mum, dad and 2 kids in that lounge to sleep. I do wonder about the bifold doors 'rattle factor' a little but agree that the design just makes the below deck accommodation seem so much more larger and gives a real sense of space. Whilst as a day boat I can see why it wasn't present but is there an option to spec a TV to be wall mounted in the lounge? I think you could get a reasonable size screen on the left ( looking forward) of the door in the lounge. Yes it may not get much use but I also think it would be nice to have it there for if you wanted it rather than not have the option to use it at all. The retractable engines are also a good move as keeping them out the water when not in use is always a good thing and slows down degradation/ wear & tare. I think it'll be a love-hate thing with the graphics/ styling of the hull but I quite like that it stands out without being too ostentatious and I'd agree that that's a very aggressive price point for a 50 boat specked as presented
With two V12 Verado this looks exceptional value compared to, say, the Invictus TT460. Yes, the Italian boat is typically sexier and flashier but we’re talking over half million euro extra for a smaller boat. It’s not just Invictus of course: all upmarket brands take note. Well done, De Antonio.
Nice boat and a great tour as usual .. the beam is very impressive. Love the exterior and interior layout . It would be nice to know the performance of the hull in rough seas . The only downside of owning this boat is that its completely exposed to the elements and so no protection from the heat , cold and rain unless you go down in the cabin . Having said that, it's probably the best boat at this price point .
Actually like this as day boat.Really like downstairs areas.Layout and size is great, cost is below my 2 guesses. My big concern is build quality/fit n finish holding up.
That is an awesome boat and awesome layout, and at least with this one oven engine dies easier to replace than if they were and onboard engine. Just sucks I will never have one lol.
I am comparing this with the Pardo 50 and I like the exterior and specially the interior design of the Pardo a whole lot more although that lounge area blew me away, wish Pardo had that. Although, when I heard the price, I started to like the design more 😂. Will be watching this brand moving forward until the time comes for me to buy a boat.
The day yacht looks very nice. And I do like the second lounge/bedroom area. That is nice that table slides back to form another bed!!! Very nice!!! Again, thank you.
Don’t laugh, the most practical aspect I saw was the very cute stool storage aft. On all boats it’s storage storage storage that counts otherwise you just have too much “stuff”. And yes further into the video I love the interior. One of the nicest understated, but clearly well made, interiors I’ve seen. I wonder how much Setag would charge to get my 34 footer interior to look like that?
I've holidayed a few times in Greece, the car I tend to hire is a Suzuki Jimny. I've never hired one with a roof that could be put up, always full open. If there is a shower it gets wet. That's that. But the showers are so few and the days so roasting that, during "season", there is no point to a roof except to protect against the sun. Living in Scotland I can't even begin to get my head around a dayboat, in the Med... there it might make sense.
Great interior layout only possible by use of outboards, but ugly as sin. 1,500 litres and 200nm range.......speaks volumes about who the boat is marketed at.
Hugo lifts up a side rail and states it weighs absolutely nothing. Also Hugo, routinely hung from the bottom strut of an AH-6 'Little Bird' wearing full ruck and assault gear so they could be literally dropped on top of a target's house. Also sees vertical tender storage: instantly calculates how much Stella aka 'wifebeater' Artois and ice it could hold. Sees giant basket of Rosé bottles...ahh so you can skeet shoot off the back too.
Nice. yacht. Useless interiör design though. Where do you plan on having 10 people you have over for movie night to have somewhere to sleep? You cant be serious bout being docked in the marina during that time? Where is the fun in that? Having 10 best friends on ones yacht is only IF one plan to go on a cruise.with them all for a few days maybe even weeks. Not stay docked for a few hours.
The first outboard I've really liked - clever how they shielded the engines. The layout is great.
What I love on smaller boats is the ingenuity the boat makers have of thinking up ingenious ways to make the most of the space that you don't see on the larger yachts.

That's a day boat indeed which i would happily spend rest of my days.
one of the best 50 ft in the business
One of my favourite videos on yachts...loved the aft cabin layout i wish more builders would use this concept.
Kudos to the designers for their design cleverly implementing outboards while still having a swim platform. Well Done.
I think I may be just a bit in love with this boat
Wow, I think I'm in love with this boat! Thank you for showing us to her.
My pleasure
Love the multiuse of stowaway space vs practicality of that space.
The removable carbon handrail, leaving a stepway to either side of the yacht is a brilliant idea.
That lower level common area w/ super easy bed convert is a great use of space, bravo. New industry-standard worthy!
Ah yes, the door functions as a door. Simply amazing.
I wonder if they are able to add a TV to the upper deck galley area. That would be perfection.
Like this one a lot, simple done right.
I really liked the “downstairs” sitting area that transforms into a double bed, lots of space too, that was slick. Cheers. 😊
That's the best tender storage I've ever seen. Simple yet genius. Have one on each side 😋
*Motor Boat & Yachting* Very nice, thank-you sir for taking the time to show us. God Bless.
You are a gentleman. Glad we could help

this boat would be fantastic in Florida
Seen a few boats with these hidden outboards so they look like an inboard setup. Great idea, looks brilliant
Very impressed with that. Shocked at the price. I thought it would be so much more expensive.
Same here; I was expecting it to be about 1.5 million.
Agreed, I was watching this and thinking, for what you get, and the fit and finish of this boat, it had better be quite a bit cheaper than the Pardo 50. And... it is. so well done them.
Boats are expensive for absolutely no reason. This should not sell more than 250.000, or much less. Swear as you like.
@@constantinosschinas4503 Say you know nothing about manufacturing, without saying you know nothing about manufacturing. 😂
@@arekpetrosian4965 lmfao 🤣
Clever cabin area,hidden outboards,and a decent price!
Great boat, and I love the informal vibe of the interior. Great use of space. Thank you Hugo, fab tour ! ❤️ xxxxx
No worries, glad you enjoyed it

This is different and interesting, I like it.
That convertible cabin/salon is a great idea
This is the best so far I seen! OMG I Love it...
Great presentation. I'll be watching Di Antonio.
🙏
Now this is a boat I love!!!!!!!!
Great review Hugo.
Love to see a sea trial of the D50 Coupé?
Amazing boat...
This would be a great day boat. I liked it very much.
Perfect for that cruise to Alaska

These new Mercurys have oil hatches on top of the cowling for the dip stick and filler neck
Very very nice day boat, thanks you 👍

My fav outboard boat
Great tour! Very cool boat, I'm rather taken with this, actually.
The price is the selling point. Perhaps the tub too. But the dayboat category has some seriously gorgeous boats in it and this is not among them. It's not terrible, it's not bad, but it's not the work of art that some dayboats are. But they can get very expensive...
What other brands / models would you recommend instead? Thanks!!

Wow that is a brilliant price for a gorgeous boat
This is NIIIIIIIIICCCCCCCCCCCCEEEEEEEE!!
Great video. Fabulous boat.
What a fantastic and clever boat, you've really done it justice with this tour, I loved the layout and decor too. 👍🇬🇧❤️
Thanks, it was a fun tour to do
That is a serious competitive price... hard to believe...are you sure the engines are included _?
from Spain
I am sure!
Cant wait to rip one apart for rigging.🤩
Great video and amazing boat. Thank you for entretaining us. Very fair assessment.

WOW what an amazing boat - Neat , Cool
i love it, maybe in my next life i can afford one

Take a look at the coupe version which in fact it is still an open boat but with a hard top.
I’m assuming “day boats” are focused on sunny, short trips (vs longer distance multi-day cruises), and focused on Med/Miami crowd ?

15:00 thought they would have extra hard matresses to make that extra double bed a double-trouble bed.

something different, thanks
Lovely!
Big secret is that they are useless at sea. First time over the haul over bar, boat fill nose and everyone gets wet. Very cooling
Love it
Hoping surprise was electric power plant or maybe hybrid.
Nice boat. It’s a pity it can’t be closed in with an awning for bad weather

How will this last in rainy parts of the world?
Where would the put the sea keeper?
On Oder! thanks
Nice, but whom people have the money for that boat?
That's not a day boat, that's a party boat.
Fifty feet is deceptive to me because iv been watching the inboard boat's. The outboard motor takes a lot otherwise unused space.
Great interior layout only possible by use of outboards, but ugly as sin. 1,500 litres and 200nm range.......speaks volumes about who the boat is marketed at.
I like it. It is cheap
Tender for a day boat. I don't understand anything anymore.
Damn. Tender with a tender. WTF
U sound like Shah Rukh Khan
Those anti-chafing rails are garbage. Yeah they protect the gel coat, but they also chafe your lines and tear it apart.
This is what you would get if Wal-Mart wanted to sell a knock-off Pardo 50...🤣

I got $5 on it ...
