I'm apologizing in advance for the camera not focusing. I'm also missing a couple files. Please hang in there with me as I go thru these technical difficulties!
Also, the audio cuts at around the 2 min mark. It isn't your device. I'm not sure how to correct the issue.
    Enjoy! :)
EDIT: I’m getting a ton of questions on which chocolate I used. It’s Callebaut Dark Callets 70.4 % (2 lb) here is the link :)
    www.amazon.com...
In this case for chocolate strawberries, I did not take a temperature of the chocolate. I slowly melted the morsels until ALMOST melted and then stirred vigorously until completely melted!

You will need to add a little vegetable oil or coconut oil until you can get the chocolate thin enough :)

    • @chefandrejus8809
      @chefandrejus8809 4 ปีที่แล้ว

Depending a lot on chocokate you use. The best is high Cocoa content. Or special chocolate for cooking and baking (normally its less sweet..). To make dark choc more shiny you can add a drop of vegetable oil when choc is melted.

something not a lot of people talk about is that you have to make sure your strawberries are completely dry! chocolate doesnt work well with water and hardens when it is introduced to moisture and water! so make sure the strawberries are completely dry!

How comes the milk chocolate looks really white. Did you add any thing to it. I thought it was the white candy melt until I saw it's milk chocolate. These strawberries look so easy and fun to make, I'm definitely going to give it a try. Hope it comes out nice 😁 x

    Okay peeps:
    Heat water to a boil.
Chop chocolate (any is fine except whites chocolate - leave that to the professionals 😂) ALL the same size!
•Once boiled place bowl over water, add chocolate. Wait 30/45 sec, stir, TOTAL IS 90 to 120 seconds ONLY!
    It should be melted
Place in a cup - A CUP! Not a bowl
    Then start your dipping!
    Yay!

Was just getting ready to write same thing.
No point watching how too, if there's no recipes, lol
I use wax, and grate about 2 tabs into my chocolate on stove, over a double broiler pot on low simmer till melted completely.
    The wax give the shine.

I do the double boiling method , if you don’t want to burn your chocolate add coconut oil to it and put a bowl inside of a bigger bowl of warm water adding the chocolate morsels and stirring until melted , and there you
      Go 😄
