      Just save up some money and come and invest. Foreiners are flocking into your country to live permanently because it's one of the best places to live in Africa, if not the best. I myself have lived overseas for 3 decades but but I'm eyeing your country for relocation and investment pretty soon

    Another great video! Towards the end when you visited the park you were wondering about what the one plant was called, the one that looks like a sausage on a stick. Here in the USA they are called cattails and they grow in marsh and wetlands. The long fuzzy part of the cattail is the flower and the seeds are food for birds that live in the wetlands.

    Another amazing video! I have the same issue when I visit countries and try to purchase items. I sometimes use someone who speaks the language to negotiate for me to get a better price. I try to be patient since I know they are struggling to make a living and negotiating is part of the experience. Often like you, I give up knowing I won't get a good price. Saving a few cents or a dollar is not worth my time. I've always thought that if they were reasonable with prices for tourists, they could make a lot more money. It is fun though seeing the tactics used in trying to sell. Here in my country, it is no different. When you go to negotiate for the price of a car, the price gets lower if you start to walk away. Deep down we are all very much alike. The nature preserve looks amazing. I love nature and especially birds.

    • @Ludo_Liu
      @Ludo_Liu  ปีที่แล้ว

      thanks a lot for your comment, i would say that the coffee thing here was really interesting, cause after that I exactly knew the price i should pay it. the girl in the shop refused to go under 6, and finally told me 5.5, I think that was a competitive price, even to competitive, i would have bought it 6, but that boy around, made me feel after few second that i won't buy it around here... i was just looking for the price in fact after.

      It's not about race, it's about foreignness. It would be the same if he were Nigerian or African Americans. In many countries, poor or rich, there is no fixed price in outdoor markets. If you are concerned about being overcharged, there are many shopping malls and grocery stores where the price is marked on the items.

      looks like your history lessons are rusty. Yes Rwanda was once a french speaking country, it doesn't mean it is still today. for your information french has been banned since 1994. the official language is Kinyarwanda, and very few people are speaking french, nowadays... really few. I am not pretending, i just communicate in the language that allows us to understand each other.
      so what should i do speak french to someone that doesn't understand it ? or use a language we both master a little...
