I have never heard these two songs played as a medley before. The transitions are amazingly seamless and these two playing together is beyond sublime. Thanks also for that amazing bass player who adds the additional icing on the cake. Thanks again Joscho for another out of this world performance that is simply stunning.
Какая музыка, а какие исполнители. Я заслушиваюсь. Спасибо большое вам друзья. Любое произведение на гитаре в их исполнении это настоящие шедевры. Браво!!!
Friends you're real awesome. I really need to be like you friends from the bottom of my heart. You make my heart cry every single day.Love you so much. You Keep the traditional alive.
Maybe the best you've have heard. But there is nobody who is the best in music or guitar playing, in my opinion. Listen to Guthri Govan- Matteo Mancuso- Joshua Meader or Allan Holdsworth and many others. They are also amazing players...
Schön ✌🏼 Aber wer das Lied von steps ahead( Michael brecker) kennt Tokyo 1985 oder auch 1986 . Für mich die schönste Version Weltweit und bis heute unübertroffen 👌🏻
Aside from the superlative musicianship, one of the reasons I watched this video was to see whether I could discern a difference in tone between the small-oval-soundhole guitar and the D-shape “Grande Bouche” guitar. I’ve always loved Gypsy jazz, and I’ve decided to devote increased study to it and add it as a sideline (I already play professionally), so I’m thinking about buying a Selmer-Maccaferri style instrument. Obviously, these are two different players, using guitars made by different companies, so it may be apples to oranges, but Mr. Rosenberg’s guitar seems to have a bit more of the nasally “Django” quality along with a little less volume and tonal balance than Joscho’s. I’ve read that the oval-hole models usually have narrower necks and a longer scale than D-hole models. Anybody on here have both? If you were only buying one, which would you get?
It is the question of personal taste. ;) Almost everything is true what you have written, but you have to find the most inspiring instrument for your soul. Good luck!

I've been enjoying your videos! I have to know: what brand of classical guitars are those? They have both depth and punchiness that's hard to achieve in with nylon strings.
Joscho's is a Volkert. I'd also like to know the make of the one Stochelo's playing. It might be kept in the studio for guests, as it looks exactly like the one G. Bergara played previously.
2 favorite gypsy jazz players together
The faster Stochelo and Joscho play, the more relaxed they look.
Astonishing! This has to be two of the best guitar players on the planet! 👏

Sublime playing! Much as I love these guys I think I love Jimmy just a little bit more. The same blend of confidence and vulnerability as Chet Baker.
