Yes, in this video I teach you 10 Phrasal Verbs in English which are all commonly used in Business English, enjoy! :)
1) Bring up
Synonyms: Raise, mention, introduce
Example: He brought up the idea of cost-cutting during the meeting.
2) Carry out
Synonyms: Execute, perform, implement
Example: We need to carry out the market research to understand customer preferences.
3) Get ahead
Synonyms: Progress, advance, succeed
Example: To get ahead in your career, continuous learning is crucial.
4) Hold off
Synonyms: Delay, postpone, defer
Example: Let's hold off on making a decision until we have more information.
5) Lay off
Synonyms: Downsize, cut, reduce
Example: The company had to lay off several employees due to budget constraints.
6) Run into
Synonyms: Encounter, meet, come across
Example: I ran into an old colleague at the conference last week.
7) Set up
Synonyms: Establish, create, form
Example: She set up her own consulting firm after years of working in the industry.
8) Take on
Synonyms: Accept, assume, tackle
Example: The project manager decided to take on the challenging task of revamping the entire process.
9) Turn down
Synonyms: Reject, decline, refuse
Example: Unfortunately, we had to turn down their proposal due to budget constraints.
10) Work out
Synonyms: Resolve, solve, figure out
Example: Let's work out the details of the project plan together.
