  • Hi! Hello! Hola! como esta?
I hope you are all staying safe and doing well. In today's video, I'm sharing how I make my study guides for nursing school.
I show you literally HOW TO:
    - Use Microsoft Word and Powerpoint to create your templates
    - Screenshot on Apple & Windows
    - Copy, Paste, & Select All shortcuts on Apple & Windows
    - Condense your notes by narrowing the margins
    and more...
You can also use Google Drive and that would work as well. This method has helped me get an A in Med Surg last semester. I think that this method is time-efficient & effective. I enjoy making them and studying for my exams with these guides and I hope you guys will try this out.
If you guys would like to see more videos like this one subscribe to my channel, LIKE & COMMENT!
    Thank for watching! XOXO

Hola Hermosa! Thank you for your detailed directions. I got to work on my blueprints immediately after seeing your video. LOL I had hand written about 2 definitions on a piece of paper and I just set it aside because IT IS ALL ABOUT THEM CHARTS!!!!! I am studying dietetics and so I will copy your style for my science classes.

What if my professor does not have lecture videos? any advice? physio is my last pre req and I'm seriously going nuts that there are NO powerpoints i can take my notes from and read on those topics in textbook.

After you have made this blueprint, How do you study from it? just re-read it, do you make a new doc for a test study guide... I'm trying to start this method but I just haven't found a video that talks about how they study from it just videos on how to make blueprints like this lol Great video by the way!

i re-read it like three times & test my knowledge by doing questions, the best way to know if you understand the concept & how to answer questions is by actually doing nursing style questions! when you create the study guide you are studying, resding the chapter & writing notes helps memorize so by the time you do questions you already know your stuff. thank you 🙏🏻

what are the pink tabs on the side of the page? Can you explain how you organize your notes with the pink tabs? i seen another video where another girl used the tabs to organize the text book.

You did it the very complicated way. Powerpoint gives you the option to print only the outline if you go into the print settings

i stated that in my video. you must add more information to the slides when you read the textbook to help you on the exams.

Do you make a new word doc for each topic? or do you just put all the lectures in the same word doc
