Yo bro fire videos!🔥🔥 I’m learning a lot. Could you please make a raw cut video of just the warm up with out cutting? And take us through warm up exercises you use on different days.

Thank you bro. I appreciate it. 🤝🏽 I'm happy to hear that learning crucial. Most of the time, I record the whole warm-up, and then the video becomes too long. Thanks for the feedback, but I got you. I'll have my full warm-up for top speed in day 2 video titled 'Improving My Top Speed in 1 Month - Week 2,' and for acceleration, I have a great workout coming for you gays, i'll make sure I have my warm up in that be on the lookout.

Love the training, I feel like personally doing more of the advanced plyos like pogos, broad jumps etc should be done after a sprint session so your not using up a lot of explosiveness and power before hand because you might not be at your full speed/potential then when you go to do your actual sprint workouts. Def warmup good though with hip mobility, skips, etc

Thank you, that’s a good thing you point up, I do see the Pros do it after I don't think that benefits the workout tho for example: when I do broad jump and do blocks I feel so much more explosive and projecting, I’m going to look into that next sessions tho, Thanks for the feedback

Depends on a lots of things, but usually around those times it’s not extremely hard to make crazy improvements in several months to even a year if you have a good program, coach and you put the work in
