Is buy today and sell tommorow allowed in US stocks? Can a stock brought on Monday sold on Tuesday in US market? Does it result in Good faith violation?
Hello Sir, had a question regarding the master-feeder setup while investing through Mutual Funds. If we are investing in a US based Mutual Fund - how is the NAV of the Indian Feeder Fund decided when I make a purchase during the Indian market hours in IST when the US markets are not open? Is it based on the NAV of the Master Fund on the previous day when US market was working?
To take an example - let's say that I'm making an investment in the Indian Feeder Fund on Tuesday morning. Will the NAV of the Indian Feeder Fund be high on Tuesday if US markets went up on Monday? And similarly will the NAV of the Indian Feeder Fund be low on Tuesday if US markets went down on Monday? Also, what happens if I'm making a purchase on Tuesday and the US markets were closed on Monday due to holiday? If possible please explain with a video giving examples. Thanks.
