Inexperience hookers like the young ones only sells you sex, the experience older ones sells you a dream/fantasy to make up for not being as fresh and tight as the young ones. She is the latter and that she knows how to say the things you want to hear without you knowing it.
It can be both. Many poor people with little hirable skills turn to prostitution for a living but because of the illegal status of the work makes it dangerous.
I don't know if I'd necessarily ever consider it liberating, but I don't think it necessary has to be as horrible as this womans story. I think that our legal system kinda opens the opportunity for pimps to control these women. So while I don't necessarily think prostitution is good thing it's something that is always going to be there, there's a reason it's called "The oldest profession". I'm not really sure what should be done to improve it, just that I feel there is ways to improve the experiences of these women so it's not as horrible.
I've talked in depth with many prostitutes in relation to my work. Idk about Vegas but around here virtually all the s** workers are willfully playing the game. Taking advantage of lonely depressed in-cel men for every dime they can. Usually trying to feed their own greed and addiction. Then they play the victim when they get caught up in the legal system. I have however met a couple of true victims of the industry. Very sad, horrific stories indeed. However, that is not typical. It's because of this that I believe in legalization of s**work. It's happening anyway, bug with a legal market with some oversight then workers and customers are more safe.

I’m not religious but I’m glad religion helped save her and has given her strength to speak against these crimes and help other women. We need people like her that can spot every little sign and save these people

I was pron addict and I can tell you the deeper they fantasies the deeper they fall, then it becomes DARK REAL DARK. I nearly fell into that temptation and I wanted to end my life and God saved me and forgive me. I was physically and mentally abused nearly all my life and that contributed to my dark imaginations as a child.

Prostitutes have direct contact with their clients. Also consensual sex was highlighted as well. Most of these girls decide on their own to get into this line work because prostitution is glamorized in media and normalized in society.
@@gwutdollstriping is still prostitution, and while a lot of girls do go into stripping by their own will, some are still forced or gr0omed into it, there’s been many cases of underage girls working in strip clubs to support their family or they are living alone and somehow have to make ends meet.

Thank you for this. So many people now say “prostitution/onlyfans/porn is just a way to make money!” Or even encouraging women to objectify themselves to prostitution, when this is happening!! People need to understand how horrible, and manipulative this industry is. This is not “just a way to make money” it is abuse.

This trauma bonding and abusive relationships stuff don't just happen between pimps and and prostitutes. It happens between regular couples that you might see walking down the streets, too. I have a friend. She used to be in an abusive relationship where the guy would manipulate her into staying with him. The way she described her relationship with her ex is almost EXACTLY THE SAME AS how Annie describes hers with her ex-pimp in this video. It's scary.

It's not even that uncommon and not limited to lower class either. I had a friend and a colleague that were in toxic relationships. It was so hard for them to break out of it because they actually care so much about the person abusing them. Even though they tried to cut them off from all other friends and family. It's very scary how emotional attachment and fear can cause things to go out of control.

The is not true in all cases. There are people that are s3x addicts and have obsessions over it. These people love prostitution and porn because it gives them ways to the ability. Another example is people who have no skills and are poor. Prostitution is what they turn to to make a living. Main problem with both of these is is that prostitution is illegal which makes it dangerous and hard to get help if things like pimps & trafficking do come up.
I know people who say they do it on purpose and find that cool, then you scratchbthe surface and learn they were abused as a kid or raped... gay men included. A lot of sexual violence is normalized in the gay community

This was a much better interview of her than the "Whatever" podcast. She was able to tell more of her story and explained what it's really like for these women. I think she definitely went through all of those things so that she could help save other women. Imagine how many girls and women she is going to give hope to and help get out of the same situation! The courage of that woman to put her story out there in this way (youtube) is awesome. Its tough stuff to talk about. People will talk negatively about her being an escort but just as she made a choice to get into the business, she also made a choice to get out to help others. Love this channel. As a woman who has survived domestic abuse, stories like this are important. I live in one or the largest human trafficking cities and crime like this is so common in a lot of major cities. You can't talk about it in public without getting judged. We even have areas you know to avoid at night or gas stations you can't go to by yourself for very long. Everyone wants to hide behind a screen not realizing this kind of crime is right in a lot of folks own cities. It gets hidden or under reported exactly because of the fear, guilt, and shame. There aren't enough free resources for people in poverty and for a lot of people, there aren't many safe ways to get out of those trenches. Especially if they are alone with no resources. People will be at risk even if they are just by themselves and fit someone's trafficking demographic. I have been stalked and attacked. I've had to yell in public to get someone to intervene when I've been followed. I've known someone who was kidnapped off the street and held in a house against her will while she was gang raped. I have known the lady who had someone get in her car at a stop sign and rob her at gun point. This stuff is so real and it's not just in Vegas.

I've been in recovery 16yrs and used to escort in NYC. A friend of mine used to beg me on a daily basis to move to Las Vegas with her because the $ was a lot better out there. Glad I never did. She's 38 and still selling her ass. It's sad, but the money becomes more addictive than any drugs you might be on. Get out while you can. You deserve better. ❤
people should get out if they can, but a lot of people need to think about when they can pay rent and eat, before they can think about getting out, so getting out isnt as easy as is.
@@JustAnzia Most them are in this situation due to addiction. About 99% of them wouldn't even think of selling their bodies if it wasn't to get their next fix and not be sick. Going into treatment and getting help for their addiction problems is the best place to start.

Thank you for shining light on this. I have been living in Vegas for a few years now and I currently work on the Strip. I see the sex trafficking posters in the back hallways that employees use and in the casino restrooms all the time but I was not aware of how bad the situation was out here. I don't know if I'd necessarily ever consider it liberating, but I don't think it necessary has to be as horrible as this womans story. I think that our legal system kinda opens the opportunity for pimps to control these women. So while I don't necessarily think prostitution is good thing it's something that is always going to be there, there's a reason it's called "The oldest profession". I'm not really sure what should be done to improve it, just that I feel there is ways to improve the experiences of these women so it's not as horrible.

I've talked in depth with many prostitutes in relation to my work. Idk about Vegas but around here virtually all the s** workers are willfully playing the game. Taking advantage of lonely depressed in-cel men for every dime they can. Usually trying to feed their own greed and addiction. Then they play the victim when they get caught up in the legal system. I have however met a couple of true victims of the industry. Very sad, horrific stories indeed. However, that is not typical. It's because of this that I believe in legalization of s**work. I have a friend. She used to be in an abusive relationship where the guy would manipulate her into staying with him. Another example is people who have no skills and are poor. Prostitution is what they turn to to make a living.

This was a much better interview of her than the "Whatever" podcast. She was able to tell more of her story and explained what it's really like for these women. I think she definitely went through all of those things so that she could help save other women. Imagine how many girls and women she is going to give hope to and help get out of the same situation! As a woman who has survived domestic abuse, stories like this are important.
I live in one or the largest human trafficking cities and crime like this is so common in a lot of major cities. You can't talk about it in public without getting judged.
We even have areas you know to avoid at night or gas stations you can't go to by yourself for very long.
Everyone wants to hide behind a screen not realizing this kind of crime is right in a lot of folks own cities. It gets hidden or under reported exactly because of the fear, guilt, and shame.
There aren't enough free resources for people in poverty and for a lot of people, there aren't many safe ways to get out of those trenches. Especially if they are alone with no resources.
People will be at risk even if they are just by themselves and fit someone's trafficking demographic.
I have been stalked and attacked. I've had to yell in public to get someone to intervene when I've been followed. I've known someone who was kidnapped off the street and held in a house against her will while she was gang raped.
I have known the lady who had someone get in her car at a stop sign and rob her at gun point.
This stuff is so real and it's not just in Vegas.

I see the sex trafficking posters in the back hallways that employees use and in the casino restrooms all the time but I was not aware of how bad the situation was out here. I love Annie. She used to have a tv show and she really is the real deal, she’s overcome so much through her relationship with Jesus Christ and she truly dedicated her life to this. She’s never wavered she spends her life trying to help women, especially wounded ones. She always tries to help women. You can say what you want about her but she’s doing something so precious and compassionate that I have no doubt she’s changed the world, or at least SOMEONES world. We need more people like Annie, without Annie’s in the world, it’s bleak and hopeless. We have to help each other while we can. Go Annie!
