Just want to make a correction, the Canon R5 does not have a crop when shooting 4k 60fps. It actually doesn't have a crop in any shooting modes. It just can potentially overheat, which has been incredibly mitigated with one of the firmware updates.
This is 100% correct! I caught it in there and forgot to add an annotation. I really like the R5 and have heard really good things since the early days. The main things that deter me other than overheating are the “wobble” and the record limit. Every now and then I get a gig that needs a long interview 30min+. I know the R6 II overcomes this but then you have mini hdmi and only IPB. The A7s3 & Fx3 fit such a nice niche of almost everything you’d want (at least for me). Appreciate the comment!
This is hella inspirational for me because I'm currently using an EOS-R. I appreciate you saying that people that are filmmakers are going to go make the content regardless of the gear that we have.

Keep doing your thing man! I f*cking loved the EOS R. Lots of work I absolutely adore was made with that camera - photos and videos.
I think the most revolutionary feature of the a7Siii is the floppy screen on a Sony camera!
