We also live as a multigenerational family however our home is tiny compared to this absolutely gorgeous home. I love the “complex simplicity” of this well thought out design. LOVE
I’m totally in love with your kitchen the design, the pantry and the display cabinets. Also the floating shelves. Let’s face it you were going to loose space if you put any shelves there, so why not make them look spectacular. So pinching some of your ideas. 💗💗💗
She is soo charming! I love the thoughtful, intentional choices she made for storage in the kitchen/pantry area as well as the master bath. The accommodations for her mother will serve the entire family well. wide door openings allow for a wheelchair/crutches/walker, etc. with no problem - if needed and the continuous flooring throughout the first floor ensures no tripping hazards as her mother ages. So many details that ensure a safe and well-loved home..
What a gorgeous home! Love how the concept of aging in place was throughly thought out- and the needs of the family came first. The WC behind the shower is genius! The built in storage in the kitchen, houses so much but blends into the wall!! Marvelous design, thanks for sharing!
