Then their bluff is ripe for calling, when they are caught out with lies,or are challenged, they either arrest illegally ,or scurry away with smaller testicles.
Auditor calls cop "sir" gets called mate back. Notice the disparity in respect? Don't call them sir or madam, make em earn their respect they THINK they are due.

_"So if you continue, we will have to seize it, we're just asking you to please be respectful and not do it"_
He's 100% admitted to using section 19 to _stop_ you from filming - and not to gather evidence, this has nothing whatsoever to do any policing purpose. The officer is, himself, committing a section 26 (Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015) offence, which is the exercise of powers and privileges of a constable improperly . . . he is improperly using section 19 of PACE, a power given to seize evidence, to prevent the public from filming.
And whatever happened to the police politely engaging with the public, asking for a copy of your footage, rather than threatening people (in reality we know he has no legitimate interest in your footage), and the police wonder why so much of the public see them as nasty little ****s

    Freedom to photograph and film
"Members of the public and the media do not need a permit to film or photograph in public places and police have no power to stop them filming or photographing incidents or police personnel." - MET police. PLUS, it is your human right of "freedom of opinion and expression" (photography/recording is a form of expression).
When tyrants start falsely threatening you with acts, start threatening them with:-
Section 26 Criminal Courts and Justice act 2015 (Police abusing powers that can lead to up to 14 years imprisonment)
Misfeasance in public office - "Occurs when a public official, public servant or public body knowingly and willingly acts to cause loss or harm to a third party."
And even domestic terrorism when they use violent criminal acts (Includes use/threat of unlawful arrest/detention) to further ideological goals (tyrants versions of law that violate rights and abuse actual laws).
They cannot be allowed to bully members of the public who are doing nothing unlawful.
