My wife and I (from Scotland) stayed at The Barracks last year in a pool room and had an amazing time. Relaxing, good cocktails, fantastic room and top service (great shitting area too 😉 ). We're going again this year with our wee baby boy and for an extra night when we visit family. P.S. I love your videos! very fun and full of info.

You forgot about Hard Rock Hotel. We stayed there twice last year and loved it especially the pool.
