Such good insight and helpful to understanding our fears that we have created.

"Our Ego is our fear manager " I Like that 👍💥 Yes, "self-guilt" or the other way to say "I could have done/been better " is the most subtle, cruel enemy of ourselves 😢😔 We suffer from it the whole life time even though we have nothing to do with it. Thanks this video has been a good mental exercise for me today. All the best💐

So it's a special case of fear then, not something _other_ than fear, and to call it "guilt" is just for want of a better word. It might just as well have been one's "curse" or "blind spot" or "shadow".

Why survivor guilt, why the guilt of the child when the parents divorce and so on
And so on … you probably should make an audit of it and clearly see that a sharp , sophisticated intellect always protect unprocessed emotions . Guilt is just the best concept to tag the effect of the most repressed layer✅

@@AlainforgetAuthor _"Why survivor guilt, why the guilt of the child when the parents divorce and so on"_
I get that, but in such cases it is actually guilt that is being felt.
_"a sharp , sophisticated intellect always protect unprocessed emotions"_
No doubt, but in my case it is simply existential fear, pain and lust, all of which I am trying to transcend. I have a ... in that respect I feel guilty before the ... , so it's not as if I am suppressing guilt where it actually is. But outside of such concrete irresponsible behavior of mine, for the life of me, I cannot find guilt.

When you push your distancing , when you trouble yourself on the social identity
You feel it at the level of the solar plexus,
When you trouble yourself link to the low self worth it is felt a bit below at the level of the stomach, the guilt will be felt at a lower level , at the levels of the intestins .
Like when you clear something blocking your power it is at the level of the throat ..and remember when the bouddhas see Mara and an army of demons before his awakening what is it if not an upsurge of guilt .. but once again it just a concept pointing toward a blockage ..I hope that helps

@@AlainforgetAuthor Thanks for your patience and this diagnostic grid !
_"You feel it at the level of the solar plexus"_
That's where it seems to be at for me, it sinks down from exhaustion in the head, but only until the thinking and worrying is pacified and the meditation starts for real.
_"once again it just a concept pointing toward a blockage ..I hope that helps"_
It does: I guess everyone has his own blockages. In the case of the Buddha, tradition tells us what it was: the deepest levels of lust/desire, hatred/aversion and finally the delusion of separate self.
