1:26 That stabilization seems to be the main point, short of realization. From that point on the goal should become almost unavoidable and only a question of exhausting the old habits. I guess most people are "oozers" and do not just "pop" in one feel swoop like a Ramana Maharshi. I wonder if that isn't a compassionate aspect of the order of life since perhaps a lot of people, if they "popped" too suddenly, would go insane.

The point is to remember that 99% of the intellect serve the logic you have develop to manage your traumas …therefore it binds you
But in 1% metaphysical questioning can free you through what I call a neural short circuit ..
But for that to happens you have to overtake the lures your ego will fire in order to stay alive …
Your dreams will help you , if you crack your own symbolism , you ll be amaze to see how life loves you and that you are design to move in your maze and free yourself , and when that will happens you ll see you have always been there and you can only be there..
I am going to add one more video ,an interview of 40 mn with one of my student and leave it there for the time been as I think 145 videos to a degree boils down my teaching .For the one s who have an interest,there is my book and shinning light on transcendance written on my teaching and on the scientifiques study made on my brain by Peter Fenwick .

Just one thing about going insane , the psychotique phase is eventually part of the process the bouddhas see Mara and an army of demons , Jesus see satan 3 times .. many mystics have divine or devilish vision . Those are ultimate decoys to maintain duality .. a stabilise distancing should be enough to deal with what is a psychotic counter fire of the ego link to the system of believe , it was for me.
