- Jamey Hall contacted us for a turn-key Procharger package for his 2018 Mustang GT and it recently hit the dyno. This is going to be one insane street car! We did a quick tune up on 93 octane and then switched over to One Ethanol S E85 for the big power pulls. It did even better than we were all expecting! Wow!! PBD does it again and shows crazy power gains!! Much respect for the way you present how each of your presented cars get to their final power numbers. You guys don’t leave any questions about your knowledge of these builds. That alone is why IMO you are on top of things in your industry. Keep it up. Pretty soon you’ll have one of my cars out there.

Tony, yeah, I’ve had manuals all my life. Decided to try this A10 on my GTVert. They are impressive. But I do miss rowing my own.
I've always had manual mustangs, road raced them for 1i years. Now I have a 18 10 speed and love it. Best part of the car!
Manual is 1000x the driving experience and it's not close 10 speed or not. I've rode in them they are ok they keep pulling because they have a ton of gears and aggressive gearing but at the end of the day it's still a boring auto that takes 0 skill to drive. It's not for me.

And it will hold as long as the owner isn’t an imbecile and constantly beating on it. A trip up the rpm’s once in a while with a proper tune and good fuel, she’ll live a good while.

Awesome power! Would be nice if you disclosed which Procharger model you are using. Judging by a couple comments on here it looks to be a P1X or a D1X. Was hard to see in video.
P1x 3.7 pulley
I have a D1X Procharger on my '19 GT. 10 spd auto. On E-85. My car was tuned at Trickey Performance in Mustang, Oklahoma. Currently it makes around 840 to the wheels. Not an all out tune.
What fuel system?

@@csr801996 4.25 drive pulley. No boost gauge. I think tuner told me it was around 16.
I like the idea, but would be a nervous wreck if I was making a pull high into the powerband and then blowing my motor and oil going all over the road. What's the limit on the stock rods?

How does E85 compare the Methanol injection? I was using methanol/water injection on one of my turbo charged vehicles in the past with good results but always wanted to look into E85.

I have a 2019 PP2 with a Vortech and a 3.33 pulley and put down 764 on pump 93.
3.33 on 93 octane you’re playing with fire! I can’t believe someone tuned it with that pulley on 93.

My car sits a lot as it’s not my daily so I don’t want e85 in it. When it blows I’ll build a motor that can stay on 93 and as for torque it made 593. Either way the centri is coming off as I will be going big single turbo.

900hp @ the wheel PP2? Dam. That's a badass car. Also, that type of supercharger allows the strut tower member brace to stay in place. 👍
Centrifugal blowers you can still use your strut tower brace. ( procharger and Vortech supercharger)

@@GR018 Or an ESS G2 or G3 Supercharger kit from ESS Tuning. I have one on mines. 125mm Pulley running 6 to 6.5 pounds of boost. The G2 kit is good for 600-800HP depending on Pulley Size. Cost me 5,600 bucks amd 6 weeks for them to build the kit and ship it to me from Chandler, AZ to Atlanta, GA and I installed it myself. Took me about 1 day. Basic hand tools. They have a sell going on now. I believe the G2 kits are running around 4,500 because they are out of stock so basically pre-order. My car is on my channel. I have more goodies going on soon.
Supporting mods to tranny?
If I'm doing a road trip can I keep the 3.7 pulley on and just switch tunes to 93? Or is it recommended to switch pullies. Car will not be driven hard on 93 just until I can put e85 after arriving to destination.
Just don’t go into boost lol. Just get a tune for 93 on a bigger pulley and a separate tune for E85 for the smaller pulley
So so awesome love the builds guys I have a question tho I was wondering if it's a stock engine and if so will that kind of power take away longevity of that engine?? I'm just learning about all this stuff so I was wondering
Having recently gone through this process the answer depends on what generation Coyote engine you are referring to. Generally on gen 2 coyote; 850rwhp is safe. Gen 3 perhaps 950rwhp. The weakest parts are the oil pump gears and crank sprocket followed by the factory rods. If you address both of these and are tuned properly you can run close to 1100-1200 before you should sleeve the block.

@@tomcarney1193 I don’t have a supercharger system, yet. But I would assume there’s no definitive answer. Longevity of the stock engine will be determined by many things (how you drive, supporting mods, etc).
Looks like the pulls were done in 4th? Wouldn't we see more accurate (and lower) numbers in 5th at 1:1?
4th gear is the 1:1 on 2018+

Out of curiosity, what’s labor rate associated with a package like this? I see the level 2 package is roughly $8-9K on the website. What kind of OTD cost is there adding labor in on that?
Probably with fuel system,
Headers and labor it cost around $15K
@@lhv8 sounds about right for what I’ve seen others spend on their setups all in. More if you add stuff like axels, drive shaft and the like. Maybe a built transmission lol. It can get crazy on pricing if you take it all the way.

Here in Commiefornia all we have is 87 and 91 octane. Is 91 still workable for a supercharger?
Yea but you'll obviously make less power. I would use boostane premium you can pull that up to 98 octane and make alot more power alot safer. If you buy in bulk online you can get it about 17 bucks per bottle. That's 17 extra dollars per fill up more to have 98 octane vs 91 imo it's worth that. That stuff is legit.

You need E85 for that
You want big power you need better fuel. If you're gonna limit yourself to 93 your power will also be limited. You can do 700+ easily on 93 tho just gotta tempee those expectations.

How are you running a 3.7 pulley on 93 ? What is that like 15lb+ of boost? That motor is gonna grenade. 4.75 pulley is 9-10 PSi. Get two tunes and two pulleys.
I only run the car on One S and R. And I do have 2 tunes and 2 pulleys.
