With the muggers, its not a restart its a preprogramed response. With NPCs they are often set to respond in a specific way to set triggers. In the muggers case, the line "What are we" opens up a dialogue tree that has predetermined responses that end with him HAVING to mug his target no matter HOW stupid or suicidal he thinks it is. Its like Baylean only being able to walk in straight lines or say 6 words. In this case, Bernard knows mugging a dragon is going to get him killed and you can SEE him trying to refuse to go along with the idea but as soon as the question "What are we" is asked he HAS to go through his usual answers and try and mug that dragon.
The muggers loop when they just lingered the camera on Eugene standing there stating and shaking waiting on a response makes me laugh so hard every time. Love your reactions mate. Watching your reactions to them is what introduced me to them in the first place and now I'm a huge fan of em. Great stuff man 👍

I think that's why he got frustrated at the end because in his mind he's saying something different than what's coming out of his mouth... at least that was my interpretation.

That’s literally Skyrim sneak right there, max level sneak plus vampire stealth bonus and maybe other sneak enchantments on necklaces and rings and even in informs of them in daylight can’t see you lol
