Thank you for the video. You explained the process very well. I learned a lot, and I appreciate you taking the time to make the video for us newbies.

Wow, this is priceless information, pretty sure you answered all the questions I had about softwashing in this single video. You went over what some guy was saying were "trade secrets" haha. Thank you for giving us more confidence to expand our business.

quick question if you dont mind me asking. what did you use for leads when first starting?

Setting up and optimizing Google Business Page is key because it’s passive free leads. Then add google Guaranteed Local Service Ads. Networking, yard signs and door knocking are good to boost you at the start too

So I stand back further than you and more so mist oxidized houses. And for some reason it looks like I destrub some oxidation at times. Do you think that’s probably letting the sh sit in the vinyl to long or I’m too careful so misting it doesn’t rinse that good?

Most of the time, if there’s ALOT of oxidation, we will no quote the house. In the video, you can see my house hardly has any oxidation.
If you’re staying far away, I’d try letting SH sit a little bit longer and then rinsing as normal. Chances are, they tried to clean it themselves before you or someone else created those lines a few years prior.
All of which would be good things to have in your disclaimers as a CYA.

you should be able to turn off the sh by switching the tips on the j-rod

That is also an option, although a very uncommon one!

@@pressurewashnerds if it saves you the trip, walking back to the truck, it should be more common!

You tell the customer to park the car away from the house. Stop putting yourself in harm's way

We have never had an issue with it. Typically with pre-wetting and minimizing overspray you never truly get any SH on the car. We are just being cautious!
