    Hi,
    author of the exporter here.
    Nice video!
    I can assure you that I will get to implementing animations export at some point, so that you want have to do all of the tedious work of writing the xml yourself!
    But currently it is not the top priority as most people do vehicle mods, and they are animated mostly through scripts in FS19;-)

      I am not the greatest at animation & having to type it manually does not help.
      I totally understand that there are many other things more commonly used & should have a higher priority.
      I am just grateful for what you have done so far & patiently look forward to more features being added in the future.

      @@pattonm4753 it has plenty of other problems though and lacks other features 😂 But you can have both installed and some people utilise both to export different parts 😉

    What do you have to do that the animation of your shark runns ingame, if you want to add an animal, witch is animated like your shark, to a map?

    i am trying to export animations for a factory and i try to do it like you but no luck and i don't have maya i only have blender do you know how i might be able to animate the part of my factory without having to call a animation clip?

      Currently the i3d exporter tools has no support for exporting animations.
      It maybe added in a future release but with FS22 only a few months away & the possible release of an official version of the i3d exporter from Giants with all these features who knows.
      Global Company script does support certain animations directly in the xml but is limited.

      So got my own shark animations in GE to play, pretty cool. Thanks for that. But how do you activate these in maps/mods? I was thinking like maybe a onCall in the user Attributes? Example: make the shark swim on a spline on a map.@@shywizard2979

    hello i added a pig pen to fs19 and i can't buy it because there is such a bug. Do you know how to fix it?
    Warning: Invalid exactFillRootNode collision mask for unloadTrigger. Bit 30 needs to be set!

    Do you know how I could export a skinned mesh from to giants editor to giant editor? My ge crashed every single time

      It's just an i3d with additional anim file so should export from & import to Ge.
      That said if u are exporting from an older version (FS19) to newer version (FS22) of ge there are changes to the file structure which may cause issues.

    Hi Wizard. Can you help me with one little trick with importing/exporting skinned meshes. I'm battling with this issue for a long time. Just because I don't get it. I found only one proper tutorial about that. With scrips and all of that fun stuff. But it's in Deutch :/. (Tutorial from modelleicher th-cam.com/video/6oU1-2HuGzE/w-d-xo.html).
    The thing is - I'm trying to make playable cracked Lexion 5000. And that combine skinned pretty much on everything, plus author of that mod did a very bad job of editing it and made a mess with skinned nodes. For example I want to cut monitor from the seat (for example). To make it move with SimpleIC. But seat is a parent to the seat rubber. How this process of exporting it from GE - editing export in Blender - importing back into GE again and skinning back to seat rubber is done? Maybe you know some tutorial about that. Or maybe just point into the right direction. Many thanks. Love your videos - they are very helpful.
