They say "don't try this at home!" I've done it but in a cafe so doesn't count. It worked on me but 2 or 3 minutes after doing it the whole of my body tingled, but however it went as quickly as it came as the oxygen cleared the helium out of my system & was fine again. Given more than half a chance would do it again, just not home alone. After all who's going to laugh & who's going to help me if I do pass out.

Not from inhaling helium, but from not taking enough oxygen. When you're inhaling it, it feels like breathing but its like you're holding your breath. Just take some deep breaths after and you are fine. Don't go around spreading lies or, along with you, we'll have even more idiots.

The trick is dont exhale it after you inhale it
Use the helium to talk as you normaly you do...
Helium is the lightest air than normal one so just inhale and dont exhale yet use it to speak like in opera singing....
