The way Chris Hansen repeats things back to the suspect is such an effective power play. Often when people do that it's to buy time to think of a response, but the way Hansen does it gives the impression that he's listening VERY closely to what they're saying. Plus it's hilarious to watch their face when they realize how dumb something they just said was as it's repeated back to them. It knocks them even more off balance most of the time.
EDIT: also I use Grindr and it's really easy to avoid underage people on there lmfao. There's no excuse to talk to a little kid on there when you have scores of adults across most of the gender spectrum to meet up with.

When i was 13 i used to have a fake catfish profile and got a lot of older women to agree to do some real nasty things with me. Of course i could never go thru with it because the pics was of another young boy and i later saw how wrong it was, but i saw first hand how easy you can seduce any age and that there are tons of female predators out there as well as men.

Well, I went to high school with Ryan. Unfortunate to see how he turned out, and the choices he made.
