    For those wondering, the death penalty for predators is now allowed in 6 states: Idaho, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Florida, South Carolina, and Montana. Only for extreme cases of recurring abuse of children under 12 in some and 11 in others.

    I actually teared up at the end. I know how the son feels. My older cousin was like a big brother to me. My parents raised him like their own, and he repeatedly raped my youngest siblings, my brother who was 6 and my sister who was 8. He made csam of them and was planning on selling their bodies to other pedos. When i found out i didnt believe it, i couldn't believe it. He was never like that to me or my other sister. I thought my sister was lying, i had to because i couldn't bare the truth. The feeling of betrayal is insane. After a couple of weeks it sunk in and i apologiesed to my siblings for denying them. I haven't spoken to him in 10 years. The worst part is reminiscing about the good times i had with him and then feeling guilty for having good memories.

      It's ALWAYS the man's fault...
      Women pretend to be older/younger all of the time. Women are disgusting and will lie about anything to trap a man into doing what they want them to do.
      It's always on the man to refuse, never on the woman for self-accountability.
      Here is a fun story, I was 19 and had a 14 year old lie about her age after friends of the family also lied about her age, and got her into a bar because they were performing that night.
      We were actually going to go on a date, and she was telling me how she wanted to suck my cock, wanted to swallow my cum, etc etc.
      I was under the impression she was 17 (which is legal) because that's what 5 PEOPLE TOLD ME... and she was very well developed for her age. I had never seen a 14 year old that had D tits, and could be in a bar.
      That said, we never did anything because I was "saving myself for marriage" like a loser. Which ended up changing after I met my gf a year later... but me being a loser absolutely saved my ass and kept me off a registery.

      The reason I DONT agree with it, is there are zero programs for people who want therapy getting out of that mindset. I have seen quite a few people who have those attractions talk about how there is literally nothing they can do but just try and ignore that part of themselves because there's is zero support from people for them to improve, and there are no programs or groups like AA for anyone to seek help. When you consider that a lot of them are victims of SA themselves as a child, it just creates a system where people who are mentally askew have two options, hide it or die. I just feel like there should be more options for them than that. One of the biggest issues nobody talks about is how boys who are victims of SA are never taken seriously, and their trauma over it festers until they become one too. I feel it's more complicated than people want to admit

      @@briancoyle9379what ur missing is that they typically aren’t just getting people to come buy from their local dealer they are big drug busts usually where there are gang involved so they use real drugs a lot of the time so they don’t risk the buyer figuring it out a lot of the pred sting operations don’t end with the person being charged with anything serious because when it comes to cases like this police already have to be incredibly careful to not cross the line to make it entrapment and a lot of these stings don’t use the same caution

I can only imagine how hard it would be for a child to speak out when their perpetrator is someone like a police officer or firefighter, who are in a position of authority/respect.

Sometimes it’s awful as at times when I call a doctor or store they kinda rude to me due to my voice and need my parents on the phone, it bit embarrassing. Also it doesn’t help I look younger too, as I often have to give ID at bars or when I buy things and at times had the manager get called in and one time a cop as they think due to my voice and appearance my id fake.

      When I worked in customer service calling someone back, I never asked someone who answered if I could talk to their "mommy" or "daddy". If it sounds like a kid, I talked to them like they were an adult and ask for the name of the person I was asking for. He looks like a Corrections Officer. Also, even the worst lawyers do not tell you to plead no contest because it’s actually the worst option you have. Functionally “no contest” is the same thing as pleading guilty. The reason that it’s worse than pleading guilty is that it bears the same legal consequence with the exception that you are not accepting accountability. The judge sees that you are being unwilling to participate in accepting what you did wrong and there is a greater likelihood that you will receive the full sentence because you are not showing willingness to be remorseful and accepting that you did something wrong. Pleading no contest carries the same consequence as pleading guilty so if you are going to do that, you may as well plead guilty and ask for forgiveness so you have a better chance of getting a lighter sentence.

    • @anaalina5964
      @anaalina5964 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

      When you plead no contest you most of the time already made a deal with the judge to receive a 'better' sentence. People don't to it out of nowhere for no reason, unless their lawyers just hate their guts lol. Asking for forgiveness has worked in like... almost 0 cases(when 'almost diddling kids' is the crime). Better no contest if you are innocent. With these guys... it's different, since they're on caught tape.

    • @davis4555
      @davis4555 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      This is very, very wrong. No Contest pleas are not admissions, so they can't be used as admissions in separate civil lawsuits or other legal proceedings. No Contest pleas are legally saying that you are not admitting to the charges, but that you think that you might do worse if sentenced after trial should you lose, which might happen even if you didn't do it. What the guy in the video says is pretty true; it's very hard to get a fair trial with those charges. I'm not saying he didn't do it, but in my practice, I have seen how hard it is for a jury to take someone seriously after hearing those charges read. Going to trial is a huge risk.
      That's not legal advice, btw.

      Those are the Kraken Kitties, and they're the most expensive headphone ears on the market. There's not really an upgrade from those. They run about $350 US, and the LEDs are wireless connected to a stream deck or other software to be customizable for streaming. He can set them to light up different colours for a Donation or a certain number of new folowers/subs, or when he gets a win/kill while hes gaming.
      There are no larger ears that do those things.

    When I was a teen, AOL chatrooms were a new thing, and I had unfiltered, unmonitored access (my mom new NOTHING about the internet or computers. She had no freaking idea what was going on on there, and I wasn't going to tell her), and so many of us would be in there like 14/F/LOCATION, and just ding ding ding ding ding: private chat room (the old version of PMs) request from this adult man, that adult man, the other adult man. And the conversations did not stay friendly. they got sexual, and the whole thing started with me giving my underage age.
