Will agree about the Asian metabolism's, my daughters fiancé is from Nepal and when he visits I'm constantly cooking. He is satisfied for an hour and he is hungry again, have noticed if we go to an 'All you can eat' his plate is over flowing and will eat twice as much as anyone else . . . He is thin and never gains weight. We however with typical British metabolisms, cant look at a donut without gaining a stone or two 😒

I have a suggestion. I notice with all your different channels it's sometimes hard to find a previous video you have made if we are referring back to it. It would be great if all food related videos were somehow tied together with playlists for recipes, best places to eat in NYC, HK, Etc. In reviewing the comments just on this video alone a lot have already been answered in previous videos or in you profile info. It's just a matter of finding the info. From a data management standpoint, it's hard to manage searching through several channels to find specific topics. If there is a way for you to create playlists to make this easier to manage, that would definitely help. If this can't be done, I would suggest a mention to your followers that they can create their own playlists to save videos to that they can access at any time, I have set up playlists that I will save your video to if it's a recipe I want to try. Just some thoughts from a loyal Chen follower!

The food may not always be as good or fresh as some places where you order Dim Sum items from a menu, but the old traditional carts just seem to enhance the overall experience.
Do u exercise? Cardio helps ur metabolism. I have a natural feast metabolism. I used to be 40kg but gained 6 kg. I started running to increase metabolism but also gain muscle.
I am wondering, have you visited Mainland China in the past several years? I've been following your channel for some time, and for someone who loves food so much, wouldn't the Mainland offer a much larger variety than say, Taiwan, or Hong Kong? I understand that food safety may be a problem, but come on! China is enormous and even if you grew up there, there is no end to the new kinds of food to discover over there.

All of the cultures are more-or-less blended together and with the local Polynesian culture. It's extremely common to meet someone who is multi-ethnic Asian. P.S. Thanks for doing this video cuz you answered a lot of my questions. One thing that would be good to remember is to give only recommendations. It is legally dangerous to give critical reviews. Businesses love having good things said about them but they are very insulted if they get a bad review. A good example of this is the guy that decided on his own on his channel to say how wonderful the mattress is that uses "Purple" technology. As long as his reviews were good there wasn't a word from the Purple company but when he found a white powder coming from inside of his mattress pad and on his channel he made a comment that maybe it might not be a good thing to breathe, he was sued by the Purple company for damages to their business and loss of income. Just report on good things and privately let the proper organizations know if you find a serious problem. Just saying this because I love watching your videos and would hate to have your channel closed down or for you to find yourself in legal problems that with one wrong word you could be ruined for life. I really do enjoy this channel. I also was wondering about the Jackie Chan thing. He is one of my favorite actors and your personalities are similar. Not to mention, you do have enough of a resemblance that you could be a relative. Your response was sooo funny.
