Classic Cars of The Outer Limits

Originally airing from September 16th 1963, to January 16th 1965, The Outer Limits original series ran for 2 seasons, with a total of 49 episodes, presenting an anthology of science fiction stories, often with brain teasing plot twists at the end. Throughout the series, a variety of now classic cars were used by characters, and incorporated in the plot lines. Do not attempt to adjust the picture. The Outer Limits is an American television series that was broadcast on ABC from September 16, 1963, to January 16, 1965, at 7:30 PM Eastern Time on Mondays. It is often compared to The Twilight Zone, but with a greater emphasis on science fiction stories (rather than stories of fantasy or the supernatural). It is an anthology of self-contained episodes, sometimes with plot twists at their ends.

First time I’ve ever seen a ‘63 Mercury Meteor on TV. My Dad had one of those when I was maybe 4 years old and I was obsessed with it; I loved it so much 😍

OMG! Another fabulous post! Thanks! The voice you made is excellent, very close to Vic Perrin, who was "The Control Voice" over the opening credits and the epilogue narration.
S1E1 with Cliff Robertson got me hooked on this captivating anthology series. The exteriors in that episode were filmed at the still-existing transmitter building for what was then KCBH (now KYSR) on Briarcrest Rd in the Laurel Canyon area of Los Angeles.

At 7:53 it's a Continental, then she opens the hood of a Ford with a 302. The Continental hood opens backwards from the front.

Im definitely a Ford guy so yeah the cars were great. How about Richard Dawson,he was the most recognizable actor shown. He passed away 2012 at age 79.
