  • Are you getting some golfer's elbow pain? Well it's most likely not the tendon's fault, it's probably the joint and I'm going to show you how to unlock it.

I don't have any elbow pain, but I would like to know if it is possible to correct elbows that are not completely straight in the locked position? My two arms naturally don't extend completely, I can't do some positions like the handstands.

What if i have a slight clicking/grinding noise/catching feeling in one elbow alongside some golfers elbow tendonitis? I don't know if theyre related as i has the noise previously too...but have had issues with tendon soreness off and on. Im worried that my heavy weight training might be wearing out my joint.

I should add it comes and goes but for 2-3 days I’m in pain. Also my wrists and fingers lock also. They puff up and can take Days for release. Suggestions?

…I’ve had an issue with my elbow for years now.
I used to use a machete often as part of my side job in high school and although it became painful I just kept doing it 😓 I figured it was just the pain of exercising and would eventually get better… I was wrong.
One day I went to the batting cage with my brothers after work and we did some batting and golfing. As you can imagine, it was a bad idea and my elbow hasn’t been the same ever since. That’s been close to a decade now…
I’m not a very patient person and I just want to snap things back into place 😒 I’m sure you can see why I still have an issue to this day.
I have found something that helps. There is a type of exercise equipment that is essentially a spring with a handle on each end and if I bend it in half, extend my arms out and curl them over my head (to the procession of popping sounds) and bring everything back to the start it takes away all that pain and discomfort. I don’t know if this is good or not but it works. 😅 That said, I only ever do it when my elbow gets too annoying to ignore… usually I just stretch it out with a jerk or twist it.
🤔I’m pretty sure that my circulation is getting effected too because I’ve recently noticed the pinky and ring finger are slightly numb/tingling and cold as if they were ‘asleep’.
Would you suggest I try this exercise instead?

if your getting numbness and tingling into the 4th and 5th fingers thats not a good sign,
the structure, position and function of the elbow is compromising the ulnar nerve and will only get worse
i would get that assessed by a professional

Do you have something for the wrists? I jacked mine up doing too much planche training so I assume it’s damaged in the extensors.

joints and connective tissue can take some time to change. 4-6 weeks if its muscle or fascia 2-3 months if its joint or tendon, consistency is key, keep at it

Any tips if your elbow won’t stretch out straight? Like at a 45 degree angle. I can twist it left and right but it won’t go straight. Will this help? I have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Thank you!

you may need some more specific manual therapy to address joint mechanics if the joint surfaces have changed in your elbow, needling can help release tight bands of tissue that dont respond to a lacrosse ball

I could not twist my arm without serious pain on the last stretch. I’ve been told I have mild tendinitis in my arm and slight arthritis in my hands

    • @Tommyswales

      Ok
Don’t take the stretch so far and reduce the resistance
I’m even if you have a Tendinopathy it still requires gradual pain free loading
