I owned the Jaeger LeCoultre Master Control but I have sold it after 1 year. it was not for me. Very plain watch, no lume, very light. Dial is nice in pictures and video but in person after a while it is lack of personality to me. I replaced it with a GS GMT and it is definitely a better watch to me, at least better finishing of the case and dial
I love sector dials. I sourced the JLC in the secondary market at a great price. I went to view it and loved it but I wanted to have a few days before deciding on the purchase as I already have the VC in rose gold and didn't know if I wanted another sector dial watch. Went back for it and it was sold. I wished I had purchased it now 😫
Well, I would say the 1326 is equal to JLC movements at this price range, it was developed as a Valfleurier (Richemont), developed for/with Cartier (1904 MC) by Master Watchmaker Carole Forestier-Kasapi and in this version, assembled, finished and decorated by VC.
You mentioned that VC is bigger than JLC. Which is true based on actual size but if you put side by side like at the start of the video the VC looks smaller due to the case details and dial size. And the JLC dial looks flat and lifeless. But anyway not fair comparison because there is a price difference.
The date on the VC looks very cheaply done, more of an after thought really. JLC great value for a full in house movement from arguably a brand that should be in the holy trinity
This FiftySix is probably the best daily wearer that exists whether it's with a suit at work or casually
I think it needs better WR, PR and lume for a daily bur it’s a beautiful watch
I have the VC 56 selfwinding as well and love it - my recommendation would be to get the amazing bracelet for it. Completely transforms the watch.
I am very undecided between blue or silver dial.... I love the crocodile straps
Do you mean the steel bracelet?
@@chtchouyes. I got the steel bracelet. It’s amazing and also has the micro adjust in the butterfly clasp amazingly well done.

Great video. Thank you 🙏
The ideal combination....a grey 56 with the jlc movement.

Wow! Both are great watches!
Sadly the vacheron is now at least 12k euro’s instead of 7k for the JLC
Both watches are great. Best regards.
The biggest difference that I see is less lume thanks for lume info

Thanks for the great video, big fan of sector dials! Always liked the JLC but could never get over the syringe hands
I love the empty syringe hands!
A great feature
Thanks. I take the FiftySix.
hello! may i know if you have an emal or sth? or ig? thanks
Somehow the date window ruins the look of both watches.
Your just looking for something to complain about
`"..."completely different"?!?!
Remove. The. Date.

Disagree there as they’ve taken the time to use the same numerals as the dial
Maybe the JLC actually wins this one…
Jesus take a drink or water.
I consider JLC to be above all other watch brands
