Bass Cover: 'Native New Yorker'; Odyssey (1977: 12" disco mix)

(🎧 Headphones recommended, as ever): So, this was by some margin one of my very favourite numbers from that era & I hadn't played it through on bass for a long time...a few fluffs, as I simply record the first take as if it were played live, irrespective of errors. Recorded here with a Fender Elite Jazz Bass, old (!) roundwounds & recording via a Boss GT-1B.
