家常炒快熟面，爽滑劲道，不粘不脱，实在是太好吃了，做法简单零失败
材料：半个包菜、1个洋葱、1小段胡萝卜、2条去籽红辣椒、1把青葱、2个鸡蛋、3片快熟面
酱汁：2勺酱油、半勺黑酱油、1茶勺盐、少许清水
1）把包菜、洋葱、胡萝卜、红辣椒切丝，青葱切段、鸡蛋搅散备用
2）热锅热水，把快熟面煮至软，大约1-2分钟；取出泡凉水，再加入2勺食用油搅拌均匀
3）热锅热油，把鸡蛋倒入炒散取出
4）再热锅热油，把蔬菜倒入翻炒至包菜软后，加入快熟面&酱汁翻炒均匀上色
5）最后加入鸡蛋&青葱快速翻炒均匀即可❤️

2) Heat a pan with hot water, cook the instant noodles until soft, about 1-2 minutes; take out and soak in cold water, then add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and stir well
3) Heat the oil in a hot pan, pour the eggs into the frying pan and take it out
4) Reheat the pan and heat the oil, pour the vegetables and stir-fry until the cabbage is soft, then add the instant noodles & sauce and stir-fry evenly for color
5) Finally, add eggs & green onion and quickly stir fry evenly ❤️
