So many time, have I seen the difference between the 2 types of feeder featured, and how to load them, use them and so on. But for the very first time,I've been shown the "when " to use them, one against the other. Now I've seen that, I can seen why there have been some frustrating time at certain venues. Another great video. Not really thought about fish positioning until now as just restarted this year since furloughed. Keep info like this coming Jamie. Question though, would you mix the pellets up dryer for the pellet feeder?

What size hook length would you use for a pellet feeder (fishery rules allowing no minimum hook length)? I use a 2" on the open alloy feeders and a 4" on the method feeder.

Great video. I’m of the opinion that it’s less of the angle of approach to the bait and more of the feeder reaching the deck in tact that makes the difference though.

Unfortunately these pellet feeders are very poorly made. They open on up and you loose them cause the stem gets out
