    I learned some things about my truck that I have had for 2yrs from your video. Great video.

      Thanks John, one of my early ones so the audio isn't the best haha. How are you liking yours so far?

    I’ve have a 2020 f-150 3.5. All the dealers drive the trucks, and brag on the power of take off. Why doesn’t nobody put in sport mode to show what it can really do? I’m really impressed and pleased with my truck. Great video, I learned a couple things about my truck by watching the video. One of the more detailed videos out there.

      So true about Ford dealers/salespeople driving trucks - most either go for a F150 or pricier Lincoln models.
      I like your idea on doing a test drive in Sport mode.. I'm getting back into including test drives in my videos so that's one I'll add to the list. Glad you were able to learn a few things from the video as well!

      @@davebush3913 Just did a bit more digging - the garage door opener is Lariat and above feature - looks like it's been that way since at least 2019. There are some after market Homelink solutions direct from the manufacturer either as a module or custom Rearview mirror

      You're welcome! Always good to hear people picking one up used. Able to get a good deal on it?

      We were very happy with the deal. Very clean, lots of the bling, love the 3.5L turbo towing capacity, and the price was right. I installed an after-market bed extender/ divider. I need to learn all the trailer towing, braking, backing up, etc. details. Do you have a video on that?

    • @CarsWithSteve
      @CarsWithSteve  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The 3.5L is a beast, glad you were able to get a good deal on it too! Surprisingly I haven't put together a video on the brake controller or backup assist yet. It's on the list of things to do now though!

    Great video! Love when you go off script while driving. I like this truck but went with a black pack Lariat Sport. There were a few things that I wanted that you cannot get on the XLT. Primarily Auto 4WD. Also wanted leather seats and a heated steering wheel.

      Thanks! Would you believe that I do improv for the whole video?
      Great call on the black appearance package! It looks so good on the Lariat. Really unfortunate that Ford has gotten rid of that package in the 2021 models but there will most likely be some good after market parts available!
