Love that it has an elevator. As an aging person I can definitely say it's something to be appreciated!
This house is so backwards. I like how different it is but the master being on the main and going upstairs to the kitchen means I'm mad every time I have to make that trip..😂😂😂

Not liking how the front entrance opens into the bedroom area instead of the "common" areas floor.
I love it. I really like clean lines in a home, then decorate with fluid artwork and decor to add a touch of warmth to it.
I absolutely adore this house. The only thing I am not a huge fan of is entering into the bedroom level. If I could i would swap the "main" floor and the "2nd" floor so the living area is the main level. But other than that, its stunning and a dream.
All that gray really gives it heavy Prison Vibes.
I actually liked the Home, even though it is not really what I would see myself living in. I think it is probably the best ultra-modern style I have seen that looks to be in great taste compared to some that looks like something you would see in some futuristic movie. having said that, give me a traditional farmhouse style and I would be in heaven.

Very modern, New York style with many levels.
The decor matches the exterior and interior perfectly.
The fireplace is beautiful. You can get lost in that kitchen. Hood range is a work of art. But this is not my style.

Very modern home. I LOVE that it has an elevator on all levels. The rooms are a good size. Yes, I would say the office would be used as a bedroom and that smaller 12'3" x 12' room could be made into an office potentially. Loved the couches and living room chairs. The dining room chairs don't look that strong but I know they are temporarily staging the house.

Hey Tim! I don't like the exterior of the house, but it is _very interesting._ This would be a good home to rent out the rooms individually. It would be great for a bunch of singles who work in the city and want to live close by. I'd use it for a B&B/rooming house situation myself.
I don't like living in the city but this could even be built outside of the city.. with that in mind I like it.. since the outer core is pretty much the same through.. I would switch the floor pain of the main level and second level.. as well as add some way for those in wheelchairs to go to the rooftop.. also hand wands ask through out all full bathrooms.. then it would be perfect..
Man!! I do love when you tour these ultra modern homes! I'm a city boy and I love the idea of these homes in the city. All the beautiful details and being able to see the views of the skyline is unreal! MORE OF THESE PLEASE!!

I don’t understand what the builder was doing here. Although I am a big fan of contemporary homes, the layout did not make sense to me. I find it odd that the elevator did not go all the way up, that they placed the laundry room in the basement where there are no bedrooms and placed the common living spaces on the second floor.

Not a fan of this one. I don’t like that the elevator doesn’t go all the way up to the roof. If you’re grilling up there getting stuff upstairs would be a challenge. It needs an outdoor kitchen. It’s also too close to the city. I’d say how I feel about being a city dweller but I’d end up in TH-cam jail.
Is it possible for me to get a copy of this plan of the house?
I think this house would be more likeable surrounded by woods and you wouldn’t need the top deck! I’ve seen ski houses with bedrooms on the bottom floor but not with the front door being there! Wouldn’t like that feature with kids!
It's a huge miss to have an elevator that doesn't go up the entire way to the outdoors. What's the point of having it then? All in all, it's too many stairs, but I love the living/kitchen area.

The one thing I did not like, if you want food or are cooking a dinner, you have to go up and down stairs! A LOT! Yes, it has an elevator, but that would get annoying if you just want to grab something simple. Nice home, but not for me

I really absolutely love the layout of this unique place. My favorite parts are the balcony, built-ins, and rooftop. I also love that kitchen and the exterior of the home.

The exterior of this home is going to look extremely dated in 10 years. I am not a fan of reverse layouts unless it’s a coastal home and you want the views of the water. I do like the rooftop deck and the overall aesthetic.

First impressions are everything and the lack of design confidence on the outside is alarming. They need a new designer and architect. Base grade finishes, cheapest, most basic handrails, primitive landscaping architecture and absolutely hideous cladding and color scheme. I’m only going to finish watching with same vane that I watch train wreck reality tv shows: for pure snark and entertainment.
This builder/developer has no business being in the home design/build business. This is shameful for Nashville standards.
