Hi! Thanks for the info. I just tried a Mi Band 5. I found the info very inaccurate including sleep info. I also found it very difficult to read outside. I don’t need Aura ring accuracy, but was hoping for something somewhat accurate. Do you think Garmin is the way to go? I almost pulled the trigger on it, then went Mi Band at the last minute.
I haven't used the Mi Band but I've been very pleased with the Garmin for what I use it to accomplish. I have felt that the data directly aligns with how I feel and I don't believe that is purely placebo as I've stacked multiple wearables with different results. Worst case. order it on Amazon and then take 30 days to see if it's a good fit for you...that'd be my advice.
@@HeyCMH I returned the Mi Band. Just not for me. Difficult to see outside. Too much “bling” with the faces. I’ve had the Garmin for a few weeks and love it. It was a learning curve to set up, but now that I understand it, the functionality is great!

I just discovered that this piece of garbage has no replacement bands. So if it breaks (like it happened to me after 1 year) you're f*cked.
This is true…but I’ve put mine through hell and it didn’t break for a few years.
