There are different rules in civil and criminal trials for juries are to interpret a plea to the fifth. The best conclusion I can detect from a former president pleading the fifth hundreds of times is that they have a deep disdain for the American system of justice. That, along with the fact that he has argued in legal filings that a president should be immune from prosecution of any kind, leads me to think this is not someone I personally want to see us put in the oval office again.
