I never said she had to be favorite. However, you can't hate that adorable demeanor, or her overall cuteness. You just want to hug her and tell her everything's OK. xP I'll agree Twilight is my favorite character also. I've alway liked humble bookworm characters.

It's an option called "Select" It's very useful and usually used in speedpaints to colour just one section of the drawing. (Hair, for example, so that no pink goes onto the skin and only onto the blue area.)

in sai, when you are are using a mouse, make sure you're using a lineart layer. When you want the lines to become skinnier at the end, click on the pessure tool, nd click on the ends of your line, and drag you mouse left.
I really want to start doing digital art like this but I dont know where I would even start.I would probably need a new laptop and a tablet of some sort..any recommendations for what I should get?? also how did you learn to do this..I was just gonna teach myself but if you could help that would be great too!! most important: patience and endurance I swear, I'm drawing on papier and many of my picture didn't become perfect because I didn't have the patience and endurance to think more before drawing a line and because I didn't really watch out before going on. and after you're pretty far, you could probably get the feeling your not in the mood anymore to overwork the places you should overwork.
PLEASE tell me how you learned to draw this good! It's my dream to be an anime artist but to be honest I kinda suck at it :/ I would greatly appreciate it :)
