I used to live on 95th and Vanderpool from 98 till 2001, I always have wonderful memories of Beverly, nice neighborhood.
Beverly Chicago is my love language…love my neighborhood!
Rob, Rob, Rob 😊😊😊. First that room with the ugly floor pattern between the bedrooms is called a sitting room. This house is buyable. It has more pros than cons. It’s actually beautiful. Definitely needs some work. I feel like the bdrms are small so it’d be a good buy for a family starting out with small kids. Definitely buyable. They won’t get the asking but it’s buyable.
Wow! I love these kinds of homes. I wish we had old brick homes like that in my city. And the shine on some of those wood floors inspires me to shine up my own laminate! Love the blue bathroom. Reminds me of the pink one we had when I was a kid. And that kitchen looked GREAT as it is. Who needs whatever is trending at the moment? Not fond of all the different kinds of flooring from room to room, though. Seems a bit of patchwork. I could never afford this house - and it would be a lot for an old guy like me to take care of, but it sure is nice!
I grew up in Beverley from '79 to '89, it's still a lovely neighborhood.
That house is in Beverly, so they are gonna tax you due to the neighborhood. Definitely one of my favorite neighborhoods in Chicago
What do you think of this home?
It's nice but it's dated.
Dated but has tons of potential.
585k? So I'm supposed to finance someone winning the lotto because they inherited a house their parents bought for 6 months of pay in 1972? Congrats to them but I'll leave the house for the heart surgeon or whoever can afford that.
Wood paneling in today's housing market is considered as obsolete and needs to be removed. So are the kitchen cabinets, the bedroom and livingroom floor tiles, the blue bathroom wall tiles, the blue commode, ....
Needs updating but nice.
Wow I’m surprised to find a house LIKE THIS in the south side of Chicago unless it’s near the Hyde Park area . And it’s cheaper than I was thinking for what you get 🤔 but I’m pretty sure this price is because of what I’m thinking the demographic is … points off for those floor choices they were ALL HIDEOUS why the would put that modern grey flooring is beyond me , the tiles YUCK they even
managed to mess up the only original wood floor with that dark tent NICE backyard…. Would be nice if you also included the the taxes for a new owner !
This is probably the best neighborhood on the entire south side.
The Price Should Reflect the Neighborhood and it shouldn't be more then 205 PERIOD
Dated property, painting doesn't help in this case.
BRUH THIS HOUSE IS DATED REAL TALK U SELLIN WOOF COOKIES QUIT PLAYIN DUDE
