I can still see the mountain from my house, lived closer over 30 years ago, been to every bit of that park over the years, there is a wonderful Christmas extravaganza with all kinds of fun for everyone.
Love the truck camper! We had planned on staying at Stone mountain in January but hubby is getting his second knee replacement on the 2nd and we have a week cruise the first of February then to Canada in April, so not sure when we will get up there. I love taffy. We go to the Smokies and camp in Pigeon Forge. I get the Smoky Mountain Taffy store on the strip in Gatlinburg. Just remember it is a taffy pulling contest at St. Peter’s Church…not a peter pulling contest at St. Taffy’s.! Great video. I haven’t been to Stone Mountain. It is now on my list to see. Especially eating at the German restaurant.!

Could you share just a broad overview of what you do to make this all happen. I’m about to retire and am just curious how different TH-camrs live their different dreams. Thanks. Love we you videos.
I don't understand why you can't unload your camper but they allow tent camping. What's the reason for that? What's the difference? Seems like they are trying to restrict a group of camper.
It stems from people unloading and abandoning their old campers. Todd and Carla can unload at my house any time they want to abandon that beautiful camper. Or just visit Oregon, dang it.
There seems to be some stigma attached to truck campers even today. There is a large number of campgrounds that will state in the fine print ( no truck campers). What they don’t realize or care is that the truck camper and the price of the trucks today cost more than some fifth wheels and motorhomes they let in.

Great video. I was at Stone Mountain only once and that was in 1970. A lot has changed. I want to get back there again.

Todd, did you bolt the box to the back deck? I have a 2023 NL 10-2 LE with dry bath and was thinking of adding a storage box like that to the camper.
