I don’t think ANY laws, ANY judges ,,have the guts to send a 15 years old killer, to life without any possibility of parole. Therefore, no justice, period.

I have actually seen documentaries where judges in certain states would send a 15 year-old boy to an adult prison for life. However, many advocates say it's unfair since people's brains don't mature enough until a certain age.
By the time she gets convicted she’ll be 17-18 years old.
The video has enough evidence to prove it’s a premeditated murder.

This happened in daytime, but New York DOES have a curfew: if under the age of 17, can't be in public between 11PM and 5AM. Friday and Saturday is 12PM-5AM.
