i cant find a hat that goes backward with a tennis ball attached on a string. I only saw in stores the hats that go forward with no ball attached. Im bummed, I wanted to try this :(

when he started shadow boxing he was standing orthodox. wonder if Loma still prefers his natural stance even after all these years
I'm thinking that he does it since his style involves a lot of lateral shifts and stance switches. So he incorporates both into his workouts to ensure he's comfortable with both

Your comment is old but true. Loma is good but 135 he will face challenges when facing the best. He is skilled but not enough to challenge natural 135 who are great also. If he goes back down to 130 or 126 he'll be a beast though.
