Ppl dont realize that helps him not get hit. It makes him look like he has no power, but he contains his power like a real pro so he doesn't get caught slipping. He can also because of this pull his punch mid-throw

I have noticed that most of Lomo's opponents were mentally exhausted by the fourth round. GO LOMO ! I've gotta say, he's the best I've ever seen.

DarkRattle It may seem like bad footwork, but it allows him to switch angles and move side to side more quickly. Loma has very unique footwork, he also pivots by jumping off both feet and moving in mid air to a different angles. But you gotta consider he’s one of the best P4P fighters in this era.

Completly agreed but judges only looked at what was shiny and not the actual work by loma to outplay AT almost last rounds and step in the matrix again 🔥
Good morning. I have a technical question: I noticed that he does one-minute sessions each, with a 10-second break, and then resumes. Can anyone tell me how many shadow boxing sessions does Loma do? Do you do them all one after the other, or do you take three minute rounds like it was a match? That is, three sessions of one minute each and then the 1 minute break? Thanks so much
Relaxation is a big part of it. I think the best styles are the most efficient ones - ones that use the least movement/energy to deal with your opponent. I came across this video the other day and he gets to what might be causing your troubles around 3 minutes in - learning to rest your elbows on your ribs (while keeping your hands up) to take the strain off your shoulders.... th-cam.com/video/2-cgfglz0Sw/w-d-xo.html P.S. I think you can derive a little more punching power from your breathing/exhalation by resting your elbows/triceps on your ribs/lungs also. Good luck! He's the guy to beat. I love to watch him fight.Salido still pisses me off. Really cagey fighter that in my opinion schooled loma much to everyones disappointment.
I disagree. Salido deliberately hit him in the groin and the corrupt referee allowed it. There was no 'schooling'. He simply didn't pursue a win for fear of getting hit low. There's a difference. Loma outboxes Salido easy.
Then why cant they replicate Salidos success?? Why cant they follow that game plan when fighting Loma?? It it possibly because the strategies used were illegal??
@@darthclone7 Totally illegal. A total of 47 low blows were permitted with no warning or point deduction. Furthermore Salido came in at 147 to a 126 lb limit. That's basically welterweight.
