Yes, but it is used as last resort & must be used in combination for DTR pseudomonas

Niftas can be given in pregnancy except around labour - maybe avoid post 36 weeks i/v/o causing jaundince in newborn... The 1st trimester there are some reports f congenital malformation... but can generally be used
