I am doing a similar setup. My room is 15 wide by 22 long. I'm building a bench under the windows to house the sub woofer and hide the cable runs.

    Its coming together 🎉
You use the Joanne triple black velvet?
I was over there and also liked the "scuba black faux suede" and "ast wool melton coatings".
I dont know how good thar faux suede would be vs the trippe black velvet for light absorption
The wool melton in a grey color could work dor that side wall if you go to joanne to check it out. Very premium fabric wall material to touch

I do and from Hobby lobby too whatever store has the best sale at the time.
ill have to check those materials out
Whatever material is the blackest would be best for light absorption

Looks like a challenging room, but good plan. What internal cabinet volume did you use for the enclosures for the KEF 3160s? What is the bass extension like? Does it play flat down through 80Hz?

there is a spec sheet on KEF's website which lists optimal cabinet volume
I have not done a REW sweep yet but when I do ill be posting a video about how they measure up in this new space

Your room is so small, I would forget the projector & screen, and go with a fairly big TV instead. Just my thought.

It definitely to small compare to my last 2 theater spaces.. but with this new room I can still get a 86" cinema scope image and a 91" for 169 content. at the point I dont think ill ever go back to a tv
