I just got my talaria, have about 220 miles on it and all lf a sudden it makes a slight knocking noise when i accelerate quickly. It doesent stay knocking and it doesent happen every time, but i wonder if the belt is making that slight knocking sound? I checked the belt and it is indeed loose, but would it cause a knock or two when accelerating right away. Cause it also sounds like it coming from the front but everything is tight and im just pretty lost on what it could be.
I would like to get your take on how the Sport mode is rough when trying to hold a steady speed. I have found running in re Gen 2 is smoother from 30-45mph.
@@ashleygregory4076 you can try, buts only 4 bolts to take the plate off. It’s nice to visually see all the hardware and have plenty of space to tighten it properly
oh ok didn’t know about this did it completely wrong today took off the belt cover and loosened the motor blots and hit the motor with a mallet and tightened the bolts again
@PatOutdoors lmfaoooo I'm saying!!!!! Where's the contract?! I'm ready to sign. Lol in all seriousness though a guy in NY last week hit 112 on his surron with a fardriver. And the vesc isn't far behind. Lots of people going that route due to how inexpensiveand how much you can get from these controllers. Hopefully soon there will be something dedicated to the xxx. I really wonder if amorge can get something in that thing.

Thank you my x3 belt started slipping on a hill climb and it was super loose, tightened it up hopefully that fixes the problem

If there are three small (blue/black/brown) wires in the black wire, it went to the kickstand safety switch. Not that important

@@Nixonbutcher oh yeah, it was the jackshaft bearing that went out
@Illuminateus so what did you do?
@@Nixonbutcher emailed luna cycle and they sent me a new jackshaft assembly. Then I took the old one off and the new one on and it works.
Does your talaria have a ring tone type of sound on acceleration from a slower speed? Mine does not sure what it us

sure did. replaced the belt with a gates belt.

Just so you know a 72 volt just came out and I might get a 72 volt cuz I already have a xxx btw nice videos

How did you get those lock bolts undone. Mine are tighter than hell and wont come loose without getting stripped
