Ok bro. The sprocket expands 15% when it reaches 30°c from ambient from being 7 inches away from the motor and 2 inches away from a luke warm gearbox! Makes a lot of sense that 👍🏻 Only thing comparative to a chocolate teapot here was that comment. On dirtbikes the engine reaches way over 150 degrees celcius externally so they require floating sprockets but even those are less than 5% tolerance in space. Even at 30kw my bike doesnt exceed bath water temp externally and they all these talaria/surron motors cut off around 120° internally.

Re tightening the headset, mine still has the original part yet. I can't see up in the hole, looking up from the bottom, what size bolt or allen head is it? Ive tried a 10mm socket, different sizes allen, and nothing can catches. Is it a star type, and if so, what size? Tia!
The original headset uses a starnut, the bolt in the cap in the top of your stem bolts into the starnut sitting below it, to tighten you want to loosen your lower crown a bit then tighten up the starnut before re tightening lower crown. I swap all my bikes over to stem locks, a solid bolt all the way through to the lower crown clamping between the stem and lower crown, like a nut and bolt. A starnut will eventually slip👍🏻

Hi i heard a “tac” sound when release completely the throttle at low speed, is very annoying. I feel it also through the “vibration” of footpeg. Can you help me to understand where is the source of this sound please?
The first sound is your front sprocket having slack which is sorted by the oring I mention in the video. It stops the front sprocket having any wiggle room 👍🏻
Did you have to remove the swingarm to get access to the front sprocket? It’s so tight in there. If you did remove the swingarm, did the bolts come off easily?
