- Rhys and Amy take us through a 20 minute cardio workout that's sure to get your heart-pumping. This 3-circuit workout consists of squat thrusts, reverse lunges with knee dives, jumping jacks, leg raises to toe touches, up-down planks, and forearm plank holds.

I love this cardio aerobic exercise, i could do it like anyday. No matter what my energy is, this is tolarable. And felt good after doing this.
